I would never ever rent something from them. It's been 6 weeks and the place i moved into was horrible. It had fleas, no washer, leaming sink, and broken dishwasher. Still nothing is fixed.

Graystone has been a great experience. I have been renting here for 2 yrs. I have had a number of maintenance issues that Graystone has promptly resolved and corrected. Not bandaged. This has been refreshing. Especially when compared to my past experiences renting.

First off, while the company is based in Tampa, our main contact they assigned is a virtual person in some foreign country. So if you want to work with a local company and have your main contact be local, it may not be a good fit. Second, don't expect proactive management that provides you with options and a recommendation. You have to ask for all of that. They simply just pass along information and ask what we would like to do. Third, managing vendors was a debacle for them. We had to identify local flooring vendors (which were better reviewed and more affordable than their contractors). I would expect that as a property manager you would know to get at least three quotes and make sure quotes are apples to apples. Lastly, it took 3 weeks before we had a comparison which took a director to get involved (Ankush was helpful). This then put us under the gun to select a contractor solely based upon timing in order for installation to take place before new tenants moved in. Fourth, prior to Graystone, no issues with tenants. The ones after we enlisted Graystone for help were a huge hassle. Every issue was passed along with no buffer between us and the tenant. Fifth, they do a terrible job of listing. The initial description was so generic and didn't include the primary reasons for people to rent the space. We had to find other descriptions of units in our building and tell them to use those for inspiration. What was comical was when leads couldn't see the apartment because Graystone didn't have instructions on how to locate the lockbox. We had to tell them that. This was all incredibly frustrating and gives us little to no confidence that Graystone is capable of handling the space, the leasing process, future projects, and identifying the right vendors. Be better for your customers. Hopefully this feedback can help and we hope that you all can improve quickly to repair the relationship.

I would give them 0 stars if that were an option. Awful. The customer service is a -0/10. We’ve been renting with them for almost a year and had multiple issues. Ever since the hurricanes and us stating we are not renewing our lease when it’s up, we’ve had 0 things repaired. We have mold, a broken window, crumbling baseboards, a leak underneath our sink and much more that they have ignored. I have put in multiple maintenance requests and every time I call I get told I’ll get a call back and NEVER DO! I will NEVER rent from this company again. Absolutely awful. Stay away from this rental company!
