My partner and I applied to one of Thomas’s properties and have had a horrible experience. We sent an application and I had to book an appointment for an initial call which I booked for the next day 1:40pm - 1:50pm. No one ever called me. I called multiple numbers trying to get a hold of someone and was able to leave a voicemail. It has been several days and have not been called back. Meanwhile, all of our references were called and asked oddly specific personal questions about us (what are their personalities like? Are they outgoing?). Again we haven’t actually heard from anyone only my references. Fast forward to today my partner is supposed to go tour tomorrow but wanted to confirm the appointment was set (because we haven’t heard from anyone) and again Thomas didn’t answer. Now we called the woman who had called our references and she says Thomas will respond within a few days (I called him last week) and that they haven’t looked at our application yet (they called all of our references). So we will be looking elsewhere which is a shame because the property looked beautiful but this is nightmare communication and an awful company.

If i had an option to give -0 I would. The worst property management ever seen in USA. A guy named "Thomas" is the most irresponsible person I have ever met. 1) He will never respond to your calls or messages. 2) If you have your luck he will respond back after several days to solve your issue. Worst service ever. Would not recommend anyone.
