Communication was really good and leading was super simple, I think total process was 3-4 days from the time I applied to the time i signed my lease. What made it even easier is the fact that I am out of state. This gave me peace of mind for my moving date

My experience with Real Property Management is excellent. I was having some maintenance issues and Pedro Sanchez was very helpful. I called and he quickly got someone here to fix my issues in my restroom. A very nice guy very pleased with everyone there!

Jay helped me from beginning to end!!! Always so sweet and sincere, and although I knew he was working with more clients than just me I always felt like my application was top priority. Even when my application was turned down at first by the owner he offered to send me similar homes in the area. In the end I got my house and he was an AMAZING help! I would 10 out of 10 recommend Real Property Management!

My experience with Real Property Management has been the smoothest! Jay is incredibly supportive, communicates quickly and pays attention to detail. Jay really cares about his clients. Jay made the whole process easy, in fact I don't think I have ever worked with a management company that shows so much care for both renter and homeowner which give me peace of mind. Jay's attitude and hard work definitely helped with my decision. I feel very confident in my lease and valued by the company, thanks to Jay.

Real Property Management Preferred is an outstanding property management company. They are consistently prompt and attentive to my needs. My recent experience with Maria Agdeppa, one of the Resident Relations Managers, was especially seamless and efficient. Maria was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely understood my concerns. She provided exactly the support I needed in a timely and professional manner. Each time I’ve reached out for assistance, she has listened patiently, offered clear explanations, and provided thoughtful guidance. My overall experience with this company and Maria has been exceptional, and I am truly grateful for their support!

Carmen was incredibly helpful throughout the whole application and move in process. She’s so awesome, kind, helpful, and always available to answer any of my questions in a timely manner.
Maintenance has been great! Alberto answered and solved my maintenance request in a very timely manner!
I’ve been living here for some months now, and I’m so happy!
Update: I had to call maintenance to fix my sink recently, and Alberto has been amazing once again. I loved how quick they came and fixed the drain on my sink.

my fiancé run it home with this company do not rent from them, especially with the manager named Vicky working there… they said that everything was ready and when I assume ready for it being a professional Rental Property, you expect it to be clean, spotless no trash no smells everything to be clean. I mean that’s how you move out when he moved in. There were still furniture in their trash everywhere, the whole attic was full of trash. It smelled like urine from the previous tenants they had pets. . long story short they didn’t bother coming to pick up the trash or clean it. They said In the garbage disposal it had been cleaned. We sent the pictures she still No response so he heard somebody to come in and take the trash out The invoice and she refused to pay it. We left the trash up in the attic. It was way way too much.. Then we had a kitchen Disposal, thank God I took pictures before or so I thought She still charged my now husband $100 because she said there was debris I sent her the pics showing no debris whatsoever she still said she wasn’t removing it. When he finally moved out the house Was left spotless pictures, and all she still Deducted $350 off the deposit. If you ask me somebody’s pocket that money and it sure isn’t Rental Property home owner because I’ve talked to the homeowner that knew nothing about it. They say they’re talking to the homeowner. 9 times out of 10 The homeowner has not been contacted. The AC went out the last week and a half. He was living there. They did not bother to even get it fixed nor Credit anything . I’m attaching the huge mess that was there when he moved in and
She said that the house was clean. She has proof and that it was just cosmetic. Well I sure as hell hate to see what she calls spotless.
