I am so pleased that right after I reported an issue with my toilet I was contacted to make sure I had another working toilet in the house. I was then contacted by a plumber that figured it out and showed up with the right part. Enrique was kind and courteous and was able to get my toilet working. I am very happy with the professional and efficient service I received!

Real Property Management has been amazing thus far. For every bump in the road I've had from leasing to maintenance they have worked hard and fast to resolve. Ms. Elba have been my point of contact for the majority of my move in process along with Ms. Carmen and the amount of compassion and care that I have received from both have been unmatched. In fact every person that I've spoken with under this branch rather being directly connected to Real Property Management or by 3rd party have all been exceptional and have made my move in process as painless as possible!!!! I would recommend them time and time again to anyone considering leasing under this management!!!

I have had the pleasure of working with the leasing representative, Daniela, for two lease deals now and she has been amazing. She is not only communicative but also patient. She explains every detail and makes sure my clients and I are on the same page. She always answers the phone and responds quickly to emails. I hope I get to continue to work with her in the future.

I have been a loyal client of this property management firm since 2011, and in their early days, they were exceptional, especially the owner Shawn and Joni. I often received requests from their prospective clients asking for references, and I always gladly provided positively. I was proud to recommend them while sharing my experience, as they truly deserved it.
However, over the years, the firm has grown, and with that growth, the quality of their service has declined significantly. While they now have many service representatives, the issues is that emails are often sent with multiple people copied, but responses are no one's business. It feel like everyone thinks someone will work on it but actually no one takes any action. It’s frustrating to send multiple emails and reminders, still no/slow response. I have to end up to make overseas call [as I don't live in the States] and try to find someone down for a response, or sometimes have to go all the way up to try the owner Shawn or Joni. But again, they didn't seem to be happy that I called them.
Today, I have to make international call after my email and follow-up email went silent, first call went to service representative's voice bank so I left her a message. Then 2nd call to another service representative was answered but I was told he hadn't got a chance to see my emails... There seems to be a lack of accountability and follow-through.
One thing worth note their make-ready renovations when old tenants move out and before new ones move in, the figure is equivalent to 4-5 months of rental income. Even though the expenses for these renovations are supposed to be shared between the tenant and the landlord, I, as the landlord, often end up covering 100% of the total cost. I see the cost were calculated after the tenant vacant the property, so 4 out of 5 cases, the tenant's contribution is never recovered. While the firm attempts debt collection, I was told nothing much they can do to have the debt collected, even there was a claim from a previous tenant, the firm took 50% of the recovered amount, leaving me with only half.
While I understand that growth and turnover can bring challenges, the decline in service quality and responsiveness is disappointing for a firm that once had high standard.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Jay from RPM and I can say I’ve been pleasantly impressed with how timely their responses have been. Communication is great and they’re easy to get ahold of. We addressed some of our concerns with him and he has made sure everything will be taken care of.

This company is a joke. On my move in day nothing was ready there was garbage inside and out of the house and the only solution they provided was a refund. On top of that nobody picks up the phone. Don’t waste your time

my fiancé run it home with this company do not rent from them, especially with the manager named Vicky working there… they said that everything was ready and when I assume ready for it being a professional Rental Property, you expect it to be clean, spotless no trash no smells everything to be clean. I mean that’s how you move out when he moved in. There were still furniture in their trash everywhere, the whole attic was full of trash. It smelled like urine from the previous tenants they had pets. . long story short they didn’t bother coming to pick up the trash or clean it. They said In the garbage disposal it had been cleaned. We sent the pictures she still No response so he heard somebody to come in and take the trash out The invoice and she refused to pay it. We left the trash up in the attic. It was way way too much.. Then we had a kitchen Disposal, thank God I took pictures before or so I thought She still charged my now husband $100 because she said there was debris I sent her the pics showing no debris whatsoever she still said she wasn’t removing it. When he finally moved out the house Was left spotless pictures, and all she still Deducted $350 off the deposit. If you ask me somebody’s pocket that money and it sure isn’t Rental Property home owner because I’ve talked to the homeowner that knew nothing about it. They say they’re talking to the homeowner. 9 times out of 10 The homeowner has not been contacted. The AC went out the last week and a half. He was living there. They did not bother to even get it fixed nor Credit anything . I’m attaching the huge mess that was there when he moved in and
She said that the house was clean. She has proof and that it was just cosmetic. Well I sure as hell hate to see what she calls spotless.
