Advantage Property Management Services has been great to over the last three years. On the few occasions that I have had any maintenance issues Fernando Castro has resolved them timely and he has kept me updated throughout the process!

Working with Advantage Property Management Services has been great so far and really takes a lot of the pain out of trying to manage a property. Our property manager, Harrison Smith, has been amazing in communicating throughout the process from getting the turnover project started, setting the rental fees, to any maintenance issues. It's all been a breeze so far and really glad we have him as a partner.
Highly recommend anyone looking to have their property managed to give advantage property management services a look!

Advantage Property Management Services has been great from the start of our of our application to lease a new home and has continued as we settle in to the new residence. The home was extremely clean our maintenance request was taken care of expeditiously. It has been a joy to work with Michelle and her team.

I just leased a house with APMS. Loved the showing process. Got an appointment to see the house, it was all self directed and very convenient. The paper work process was also very smooth. Michelle and the rest of the staff were very helpful to address all my questions and concerns about the property. I moved in 2 weeks ago and the AC went out this weekend during the hear wave. Placed a service order Saturday morning and Fernando answered within the hour. The AC was fixed Sunday morning. Fernando call again this morning to make sure everything was taken care of. Very happy with APMS so far!!! Thank you guys!!
