I love the seamless monthly report. Easy communication access when I have questions via email, text, or Zoom. Unlike the other place I was before, I do not have to worry about tracking what my realtor is doing. All is transparent. I strongly recommend this company.

He had a contractor go through EVERYTHING in the property with me and anything I wanted fixed was addressed before I took possession of it. I was amazed at how quickly and conveniently everything was taken care of over the next 3 years I lived there. He helped me find my next place too. I couldn’t ask for better people to rent from. They are all polite, prompt and respectful when I contacted them about a needed repair or if I have a question. I feel like the entire company is hands on. I’ve never been left to just figure it out on my own like I’ve experienced in the past when renting other houses. I would have to say that my experience has been a joy in all aspects with no headaches. Absolutely the best people to rent from. I will definitely use them when I’m ready to buy a house.

I live in one of their property currently and I never hear back from them, their employees come and open your house door without no announcements. From inside my bathroom to where my washing machine and water heater are it’s sinking in really bad I have told them multiple times and they only thing they had someone do is put foam where it’s lifting, I have never been late on my rent and even with this pandemic going on, I will NEVER REFER ANYBODY TO THEM. Sorry

Trash company tried to scam us when we moved out! Lived here for 5 years bo issues and then they want to charge 2000 for moving out. FOH.
