Person showing the home was awesome definitely recommend but unfortunately the company doesn’t communicate between employees and failedto present when your told come by to the office by someone in management that your approved after spending the money for the application fee then are asked after approval and told to show up at the office that and then nope your not approve my fiancé paid the pet deposit which they still have at this moment and went and got the check from the bank for the first months and security deposit and then some and today after emailing them, they would not respond so she had to physically call them and then they continued with more bs and tell her that she needs now a third person as a cosigner After we already were approved and asked to show up on Friday to sign a lease with someone that is in management but when we did we were told sorry your not approved yet we have paid many fees and pet deposits they never offered the deposit for the pet back my fiancée had to literally ask for a refund at this point I would classify this company as a scam company that is just digging for application fees and other random fees ( literally when we went into the office on Friday to sign a lease we were told we were approved for (2/7/2025) the calendar in the waiting room still said January and it was written in train graffiti how professional is that along with the paying the pet deposit and letting that happen knowing that we’re really weren’t fully approved even with management telling us to come in and sign the lease how professional I would recommend this company to anybody they are capable of anything including robbing people

You get what you pay for with this company. We recently had a leak in our master bathroom, and although they stopped the leak, they're not doing anything about the water in the bathroom. The water bubble that was inside the bathroom burst and that yellow water leaked all over the floor that we had to clean up. They said they can't do anything because it's up to the building management. So for the next few days we run the risk of mold buildup and my kids just casually breathing it in because they don't want to do anything sooner. The leak? It's from improper placement of the toilet right above us 🤢 so that yellow water?? Most likely urine build up 🤮 Lazy and unprofessional. Update as I cannot reply: I never had any issues with maintenance as they always try their best to do what they can within their contract. They have always been friendly and professional. As for the leak, I'm well aware on how the issue gets fixed as I've had to patch leaks in my past. My roommate never really properly understands so I'm aware of the conversation that transpired because I have to explain things to him a lot of times. My comment is directed towards the realty/management and still stands.

Were great to deal with in the beginning but now on my second year here I feel as though I’m paying more and more for something I’m not even happy with. For example; paying for pest control. This is not my building, not my fault other tenants don’t take care of their place and bring roaches in. Winter has come and so have the homeless crackheads that like to spend the night in the hallways. But Dillon won’t install locks on our front doors because of of costs. that’s insane. This is our SAFETY.

Tachio, Matthew, and Jayden in maintenance are awesome. They’re efficient, polite, and clean when they come and do work. They are also very responsive to work orders as well. Thanks for the hard work! Jesus from maintenance came back a few weeks later and remodeled my shower and he did a phenomenal job! I’m very pleased with the work he’s done, his communication throughout the whole process. Thank you Jesus!

Despite of me finding out that the building was getting sold 2 months after I move in and Dillion realty taking over they made the rest of my lease pretty easy. Vicky j especially. she was the first person I met when the company took over and the last person I talked to. She’s been very helpful in this whole draining process emotionally also with her kind and encouraging words Katy was amazing also. Right on time with the emails. Thank you all so much.

Despite many difficulties with the building itself, Dillon Realty remained diligent & gracious. Their communication is thorough and as prompt as can be. I spoke mostly with Katy & Viki, who are both phenomenal. They also gave me a mug for Christmas!
