While we experienced a few frustrating bumps during the setup process, our overall experience with Mark Brower has been great! They said their goal was for us to only remember we have a rental property when we see the email about our monthly statement. And that has certainly been the case! It's been almost completely hands for us, which is exactly what we were looking for! They found us a great renter who has now been in the property for over a year. We are very happy!!

My roommate and I recently moved into a Mark Brower Property and they have been absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process!
From making the application process as easy as possible and being very helpful and responsive with any questions we’ve had - to checking in with us during move in and welcoming us into our new place!
On top of all of that the place is absolutely perfect and well maintained, couldn’t be more happy with our experience!

Shortly after I moved in to my home, Erika was a valuable resource by helping coordinate minor repair jobs with maintenance and other vendors while maintaining continual contact with me throughout the process. Highy recommend Mark Brower Properties to anyone needing realty services. They managed our rental for years and when the time came to sell, they stepped right in. Lisa was amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable and very efficient! She lead the way throughout the process and kept us in the loop providing guidance the whole time. We sold our property very quickly and couldn’t be happier! Mark Brower Properties managed our property for 5 years when we lived out of state and did a great job! They quickly found solid tenants and were prompt in managing and coordinating any maintenance needs. We had to sell the property last year and they took care of the whole process from getting it ready to sell after 5 years of renting, to listing the property, and then selling it. Brook really helped us by keeping us informed throughout the tricky process. Highly recommend the company!
