Shaun the leasing agent showed me the apartment I was interested in, looked great, had to go back to see the basement. The basement had three storage units when there should be four. I was interested. Giving him the paperwork was a hassle and demeaning. I'm section 8. He needed to know how much I made and as much I explained to him how it worked. He needed to call the Housing Authority. If it takes that much trouble to live there, no need. Plus, you can't get a hold of him.... I was called by Bartsch Management and they apologized about my experience. Yet, the leasing agent was right. My story just didn't add up. Then I found out some more stuff that I didn't know before. Soooo, I'm sorry. đ

Renting an apartment under bartsch management is the worst thing you can do. For instance having no contact is there number 1 priority unless it involves kicking you out or anything with money. If you also want to wash your clothes have fun going to the laundry mat because they will leave all repairs for at least 4 to 5 months. (Still counting by the way) Any kind of security is out of question, asking for an extra lock is not available, cameras? Hell no!
Get better with your tenats.

We really appreciate Kevin's work to fix our bathroom sink problem. The sink stopper would not close off the drain. Kevin new exactly the issue, got the parts and returned and fixed it quickly. Kevin does excellent work, is easy to talk with and explains things so well. Thank you Kevin and thank you Bartsch Management.

Shawn M. is very responsive and went out of his way to offer great service! There was a time when maintenance wasnât as cooperative with me but Shawn offered options and found a solution for me. He alleviated a stressful situation.

I have rented from them for two years. They are super accommodating and are quick on maintenance have an apartment, sometimes you have stuff that has to be fixed. All you have to do is submit a maintenance request through your tenant portal and they have someone coming out if not the next day. They listen to your concerns and try their hardest to fix anything that you need to be fixed. They are very responsive and I really recommend their apartments. Justine & Amber have been amazing!

I am unable to speak about renting from Bartsch Management however I recently viewed two apartments at different properties. In both instances the apartment photos online were newly renovated with laminate floors, new kitchen cabinets, and renovated bathrooms. In both properties I was shown apartments that were dated and dark with kitchens, bathrooms, and carpets that looked like they were original in the late 70s or early 80s. I was told âphotos may vary by unitâ however this was worse than a slight variation. It was a gross misrepresentation.
Beware of potential âbait and switchâ tactics with this management company. Shameful and unprofessional.

This company has been very helpful to me in transitioning from my previous residence into one of their properties. Justine Swessel and Dawson Mueller very understanding and helpful throughout the process. It was not too difficult, and all paperwork and transactions have been straightforward thus far.

I have to give maintenance man (Joe) a shout out. I literally sat and watched him replace a patio door. He didnât complain, he respect my space. He cleaned behind himself. he was kind, friendly, hard-working. He gave me ideas on a project that Iâm working on in my unit. Joe is the best Maintenance guy that I know.
