My husband and I moved halfway across the US to live in California for the first time, earlier this year. We were looking to just rent, and Authority was recommended by a realtor and it was the best decision we’ve made. It was also nice dealing with a reputable business because it insured that we weren’t being scammed, when looking for a rental. They have a large selection of units, are friendly and respond quickly to messages. We’ve been renting from them for 6 months now and we are very thankful! (Oh, and they have a user friendly app for making rental payments!)

I have had an excellent experience with Authority Property Management. They are a solid company with strong morals and values, consistently demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity in everything they do. We have had a great experience with Authority Property Management. Having Aaron and his team take care of our property has been the best decision. What a relief it's been not worrying about renters, repairs and the ever changing laws. It has allowed us to put energy and time towards other things. We are so grateful!

Highly recommend. They are on the ball, which makes it simple and easy for the owner. They are very flexible and allow so many different options to customize their services. I feel they are able to offer a fair market value price on our property. As such, their services pay for themselves.

I'm so thankful to have Authority Property Management taking care of my home in Redding, CA. I was impressed with the great job they did in marketing and selecting the right tenant for my home. They are experienced professionals who understand the owner's priorities and the importance of providing excellent management of their investment. Every year they do their best to stay current with trends and be competitive with changes and the new technologies that drive their business. The owners Aaron and Joline and their staff are wonderful people to work with and they make themselves readily available when you need them. This is the best company you're going to find and I highly recommend them.

If you're looking for a property management company in Redding, I recommend Authority. I've used their company for three years now, they're on it. Payments are made regularly and on schedule, prospective tenants are vetted and presented for review, and repairs are inexpensive and easy. They'll handle everything or let you play an active role. I get involved in some repairs, small things, and they're fine with that. I've also got alternative bids for larger jobs. Their repair quotes are always low and reasonable. Aaron and the rest of the staff are very responsive via email. They also put together end-of-the-year tax documents showing all expenses and income. I don't have any negatives to share.

As a renter, I have dealt with unscrupulous and non-responsive property managers. I am pleased to report that Authority has been neither of those things. If I am concerned about it, they are concerned about it. Being able to pay through their tenant portal is so nice. I have not had a single bad experience with them, and am happy to continue to rent through them.
