Authority Property Managment is the best. I'm an owner and I really appreciate their quick and professional responce. I asked for an inspection on my house to plan a repair and it was done in one day. That's amazing. The company does an excellent job at keeping tenants safe and happy. That service reduces turnover and maximizes income.

This company charged us for carpet cleaning, carpet treatment and carpet replacement after we were only there for 3 months. I'm flabbergasted! Also charged for cleaning appliances after emailing us that the place looked great and re-rentable. We spent several hours upon move out disinfecting, and mopping everything. I have worked for property management companies since the 90's and know very well how clean to leave a place upon move out. We paid the bill but will be filing a small claim. Be aware and take lots of before and after pictures like we did!

Aaron and the team at Authority Property Management are constantly improving, improving themselves, their company, and the value they provide for their clients and tenants. This year (2025) marks 10 years of constant improvement, and a decade of exceptional property management! They really are the authority when it comes to property management in Redding California!

I know Authority Property Management on professional level, and it is my opinion that they are the best in the business. They are always looking for ways to improve their operation to better serve their clients and customers. They have the latest technology combined with traditional customer service!

Aaron has been very helpful with his advice on managing homes. He knows the laws and is very focused on making sure everyone is in compliance with rules in Calif. Highly recommend!

Authority managed a rental for me from 2016-2025, and did an amazing job. They were always very responsive to any questions or needs I had as an owner, and also seemed to be the same for the tenants. Super helpful when it came to facilitating repairs to the unit. They were also great about filling any vacancy quickly and making the tenant transitions smooth.

We have had a great experience with authority. They have been really kind and maintenance requests are responded to very promptly. As long as you communicate yours needs with them, they are extremely easy to work with! Highly recommend!

My husband and I moved halfway across the US to live in California for the first time, earlier this year. We were looking to just rent, and Authority was recommended by a realtor and it was the best decision we’ve made. It was also nice dealing with a reputable business because it insured that we weren’t being scammed, when looking for a rental. They have a large selection of units, are friendly and respond quickly to messages. We’ve been renting from them for 6 months now and we are very thankful! (Oh, and they have a user friendly app for making rental payments!)
