We used Authority Property Management for over two years and they helped us through two different tenant changes in our rental house. They were involved as much or as little as we wanted and were easy to communicate with. The outside companies they called when repair or maintenance work was needed were reputable, quick and reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to use Authority in the future.

Authority property Management. Aaron, Joline, and Staff, has been godsend for me. I'm older and it took a burden off of me having to go to Redding to rent my house out myself. They are doing a wonderful job keeping up on the maintenance, care of my home, and keeping it rented. Thank all of you at Authority property Management

Authority has been managing a property of mine for several years now and I have had an all around great experience working with them. Zero complaints.
They've handled everything for me from getting the property listed, providing prospective tenants with all the information needed to make a decision, facilitating all property repairs (big and small), and negotiating new lease agreements while providing necessary tax documents.
I absolutely recommend using their services as they are an amazing group, and local!

Authority Property Managment is the best. I'm an owner and I really appreciate their quick and professional responce. I asked for an inspection on my house to plan a repair and it was done in one day. That's amazing. The company does an excellent job at keeping tenants safe and happy. That service reduces turnover and maximizes income.

This company charged us for carpet cleaning, carpet treatment and carpet replacement after we were only there for 3 months. I'm flabbergasted! Also charged for cleaning appliances after emailing us that the place looked great and re-rentable. We spent several hours upon move out disinfecting, and mopping everything. I have worked for property management companies since the 90's and know very well how clean to leave a place upon move out. We paid the bill but will be filing a small claim. Be aware and take lots of before and after pictures like we did!

I know Authority Property Management on professional level, and it is my opinion that they are the best in the business. They are always looking for ways to improve their operation to better serve their clients and customers. They have the latest technology combined with traditional customer service!

Authority managed a rental for me from 2016-2025, and did an amazing job. They were always very responsive to any questions or needs I had as an owner, and also seemed to be the same for the tenants. Super helpful when it came to facilitating repairs to the unit. They were also great about filling any vacancy quickly and making the tenant transitions smooth.
