John and his team not only deliver on what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it, they are always available to answer questions and solve problems along the way. I have never dealt with a lender that will call at 8pm on a Sunday like John does to discuss a loan. It is refreshing to work with someone that will actually answer the phone when you call, and the service doesn't stop when the loan funds: Kar and the draw team work quick to complete and fund the draw process faster than any lender I have worked with as well.

Always a pleasure doing business with Express Capital Financing. We did one deal with them a year ago and considering how great they were we now currently have 3 deals with them. Great customer service, always responsive along with reasonable rates and fees. From inception, to underwriting to closing they make the process simple and efficient. We will be using them again on our next project.

I want to appreciate John Sotiropoulos of Express Capital for an amazing job He did for us on a deal in Westford MA. Another lender let us down big time closing on this property. We almost lost our down payment on this property to the point that if we did not close in 4 days it would be gone. John Sotiropoulos closed this property for me within 4 days! The entire team was an absolute class with David Chera! Thank you so much for coming to my rescue!

I've been working with Mr. Martin (Marty) Chera and Mr. Matthew Gulley at Express Capital Financing for over a year and currently closed on my now third investment property acquisition. Their firm continues to be very diligent and professional. Marty checks in every so often and answers any questions I have. They have many different lending options depending on your company's needs and the process to get to closing is always "all hands on deck" to get even last minute adjustments resolved. Excellent service my broker John sotiropoulos is the best if you need rehab loans, refinance and more. I have used express capital financing and will continue to do so. We just finish closing on a 3 family here in Bristol CT that took them 3 weeks to close!! You can’t beat that, and as far as the draws for the rehab. The response time is excellent and extremely efficient.
