We work as property managers yet really we are Asset Managers. What makes us unique is our custom property plans we create to meet investors cash goals and minimize risks. We listen and learn your goals, requirements and expectations for the asset/property. Our goal is then to manage that asset in a manner that produces outcomes to meet their financial goals. We design an custom approach to ensure we maximize return and reduce risks. We lease, manage and maintain residential or commercial properties for Owners and Investors. Our Core Value is the Golden Rule. We believe and follow the Golden Rule; to treat Owners and Tenants how we want to be treated! For Owner's that means transparency in all we do, timely response to any inquiry or questions and and providing excellent services.

Real Property Management Peace (RPMP) has truly been a blessing to us in the management of our out-of-state home rental. Since the beginning of our engagement with RPMP, we have encountered zero issues. Monthly deposits, reports and other necessary communication have been timely and thorough. Thomas and Paige have both been professional and communicative with us and have literally enabled us to experience “peace” in renting out our home. The move-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and I really appreciate the convenience of the owner’s portal for easy access to updates and documents. Highly recommend!

Thomas, Paige and the team at RPM have made managing our two rental properties here a breeze! My mother passed last year and left her homes to my sister and I. At a time when life was chaotic, rpm came highly recommended and helped get my mother’s home rented in less than 30 days.They’ve been responsive, informative, professional and friendly. There are A LOT of property management companies and it can be overwhelming to decide on one but I felt an immediate sense of confidence after speaking to Thomas. He knows the market and they genuinely care about their customers and the properties they manage. We are so grateful for your services and guidance!

I currently work with Real Property Management and can assure you that this is a great company and truly cares for your property. Ive never worked with a property management, so I was a little nervous in the beginning, but Tom and his team guided me every step and made me feel like they truly cared for me and my home. They are great with communication and when I had an issue with a utilities company they went above and beyond and got the issue fixed. I really appreciate how much they care and would highly recommend them.

From my initial call to my final item of business, this company has gone out of its way to work with every need and every question and do what’s best to help me get into one of their properties. The properties themselves are high-quality, very clean very well-maintained both inside and out. Their website enables every communication to eliminate phone tag from maintenance requests To payments and all in between.

Thank you RPMP for your guidance throughout this entire process. This is our second investment property and after a shake up with our first property in CO we knew which mistakes to avoid and thoroughly researched a company in NV that would live up to our high standards. Thomas has answered and/or followed up on every call, text, and email which is important when you are geographically separated from the property. Had a wonderful experience. Was somewhat hesitant in listing the property at all but Thomas and his group did their best to handle my anxiety. They were professional and available. When we got the tenant, they did a great vetting him fo ensure he met our standards. Overall a great experience.
