Biggest joke of company. Haven’t had so much disrespect from any rental company as I’ve had from them. If you want anything from them, don’t even bother renting from them. Pathetic.

Renting with TruHome has been amazing! Their team is professional, responsive, and always helpful. Maintenance is handled quickly, and the Renters Benefit Package adds so much value. They truly care about their tenants - I highly recommend them!

Worst management company I have ever rented from. They false advertise their apartments along with the pool/hot tub and exercise room. They pick and choose which lease violations are important to address and which aren’t. (All violations should be treated equally) They have done nothing to help prevent package theft or catch the person who is stealing, besides posting a sign and sending out a notice. One weekend it was -20 and the heat stopped working on a Friday and it was not fixed until the Tuesday after. We received no notice when the heat wasn’t working or once the heat was fixed. I do not recommend renting from TruHome at any of their properties.

My partner and I have been continuously working with TruHome Property Solutions on quite a few major and minor maintenance issues throughout the apartment we have decided to rent from them, and to say the least- we are impressed! Huge fist bump to Derek the owner, front end staff, and all maintenance personnel working around the clock to serve their tenants needs! Thank you for your hard work and most importantly giving my partner and I a very decent place to live for such a low price!
