Will take your application fees never run any checks or references and then denies you. And when you try to talk with them the staff is flip and dismissive. I’m starting to think they are simply taking money from people regardless.

I liked the knowledge & understanding of the realtor and how she was willing to reschedule me because i wasn’t able to make the 1st one due to my tardiness. I liked the property and look forward to moving in soon.

Andrew and his team great! Worked with them for almost 3 years until we sold the property. We worked with anonther firm before that we weren't happy with, Andrew was way better. Very professional, gave us ease of mind. Pleasure to work with, highly recommend them!

If I can give this place 0 stars I would have. Sept 4th I moved in and due to an unforeseen medical situation, I had to take the unit on the 1st floor. Unfortunately for my family and I. I was told By Brent that the apartment was as is because the place hadn’t been cleaned. I saw the unit and it looked pretty decent. I was informed any maintenance request would be honored. Upon move in, we noticed the toilet had poop in it and the handle was broken. A new handled was sitting on top of the lid. Can’t be replaced. Other stuff I noticed too, like paint chips everywhere. I exchanged keys and whoever this lady is that works there was beyond rude. She told me since I took the apartment as is, legally they aren’t responsible for repairs. Words were exchange and Brent got involved and became very irate putting his hands in my face and etc. No one has come out to fix the toilet. Fast forward, mice were spotted in the kitchen and when we investigated it, this is what we found. This entire apartment has mold everywhere and paint chips everywhere. Mold is even in the stinky freezer and the refrigerator is going out. There’s no lighting in front of the building nor the inside. This entire building isn’t safe and mgmt needs to be put on blast! Slum lord at its finest! I know for certain they wouldn’t live her nor put their loves ones here as well. Don’t RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE Update: Gas stove-Oven wasn’t working. I had to get on the floor to lit it. Maintenance came and fixed the oven. A piece is broken inside the oven. No word on replacement. Now the oven is literally scorching my food and bakeware. Oven gets so hot that I burned myself on the handle and my leg from the heat. When I pulled the oven door down. I have steam heat and what do you know, barley any heat comes out. Maintenance came out, he’s a hvac guy, doesn’t know how to fix a steam heater. I noted that on my work order. A fuse blew while I was blow drying my hair. Contacted 24 hrs maintenance and no response. My mom is oxygen 24/7. Light company wouldn’t come out because it’s an internal issue. My niece and I had to go down to Freddy Krueger lair to find out fuse box. Everything is mislabeled. We found and turned power back on! Nothing regarding fixing the walls, ceilings and windows has been fixed nor has a conversation been had. I will be uploading photos everyday of our living conditions. Not to mention I was hospitalized last week due to the mold and lead in this apartment and I have a rare lung disease. There are no lighting in the hallways..it is PITCHED BLACK. That’s a huge SAFETY ISSUE. They don’t care. It’s all about the $$& Update: the light in the hallway finally got fixed. All it needed was light bulbs! You read right. As far as the other repairs. Nada. Cleve hts housing inspector came to my residence 3xs and no work has been done. Two contractors came and submitted their bid. No luck. Refrigerator is still acting up, the refrigerator technician never came out. Electricity is a joke. Can’t use griddle and have mutiple TVs or space heater on, you will trip the circuit. Boiler needs to be replaced. Not going to happen. The crack in my bedroom is getting deeper and spreading

Deposit are non refundable and asked for before the lease is even signed. (May be refunded after the lease is signed idk) the guy was incredibly rude and would let me ask questions without rushing me or cutting me off. I truly feel I dodged a bullet by him telling me “I probably don’t want to lease with them”. Literally the worst experience of my life. I’d happily loose $45 to not have to deal with them. The person who showed the house was very nice and the house was very nice my review is based off of the interaction I had with the leasing manager. This is my experience and all reviews should be read before making a informed decision on working with this company
