I have had such a great experience with Realty Now Property Management in my search to find a place! Excellent team and beautiful home, would highly recommend to those looking!

Deposit are non refundable and asked for before the lease is even signed. (May be refunded after the lease is signed idk) the guy was incredibly rude and would let me ask questions without rushing me or cutting me off. I truly feel I dodged a bullet by him telling me “I probably don’t want to lease with them”. Literally the worst experience of my life. I’d happily loose $45 to not have to deal with them. The person who showed the house was very nice and the house was very nice my review is based off of the interaction I had with the leasing manager. This is my experience and all reviews should be read before making a informed decision on working with this company

Place was very clean. And loved to meet a human in person over a code box. I'm going to submit a application and pray I can get a property from them. The trust of people who know what their doing and doing a good job at it !!!

Horrible!!!! Got my keys on July 28, moved in on Sunday! I have had problems after problems! Multiple PROBLEMS!! To find out Monday July 31, that there is a gas leak! Can’t take hot shower or cook! Place is filthy !! They have not cleaned it! Beer in the refrigerator!! Meaning they never even cleaned the place before i moved in! But took my deposit and first month rent!! I have not been staying there! They call me on Thursday July 27 to ask did the gas people come back out. I said i never knew the plumber even fix the leak! NO COMMUNICATION! The gas people come back out on Sunday August 7, to find out and tell me the plumber has done NOTHING!!! And that there is STILL A GAS LEAK! What a disaster!!!! I haven’t even been able to move in to my place without problems!!! Management doesn’t answer the phone!! They literally just have you talk to receptionist! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I never knew moving into a house could be so stressful! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people! I paid for a deposit and first month rent, and still haven’t been ABLE to STAY at my own house !! Toilet seat filthy! Floor filthy !! Windows filthy!! Doorbell don’t work! Which means they never did a walkthrough to see if everything was clean and working!!! Left paint in closet! Left trash in cabinet! Cabinet in bathroom filled with nothing but dirt!!! A totally nightmare!!!

My leasing agent, Mary, was so helpful! Very professional and knowledgeable. The home she showed me was very clean, great location, and a property I could see myself living at. Very happy!
