Luke was great during a transitional period between owners of the condo we had booked. Incredibly responsive to any questions we had and the condo was clean and in a great location. Definitely recommended!

Every possible need has been met in this home. There are to many amenities to list. Very spacious and exactly what we needed for our group trip. The property is so beautiful and well kept.

If you were to look-up: tireless work ethic, attention to detail, and accountability, chances are you would see Luke's picture beside all three. I have no doubt that anyone that chooses to work with Luke and his team will be beyond glad they did, and will be repeat customers!

If you are looking for someone who will communicate effectively, is organized, timely, and hard working then Luke is the perfect fit to be your property manager. Luke is one of the hardest workers I've ever known and dedicated to his work. He will work day and night to make sure that tasks and emergencies are handled in a timely manner. He is very approachable and will always greet you and everyone he meets with a smile. I cannot recommend Luke enough as a person and professional!

The Brannon’s are an absolutely amazing couple! They do everything with such excellence and leave no detail unchecked. They are incredibly kind and welcoming, fun, and make every interaction positive. Grand Welcome Orange Beach Vacation Rental Management is the company I plan on using again and again in the future!
