We had an excellent experience with Grand Welcome during our stay on Perdido Key. They responded almost immediately to any questions and were very proactive in providing information about our condo. When there was an issue with one of the appliances, they addressed it right away. It was our first time using Grand Welcome and we won’t hesitate to go with them again.

Luke was great during a transitional period between owners of the condo we had booked. Incredibly responsive to any questions we had and the condo was clean and in a great location. Definitely recommended!

If you were to look-up: tireless work ethic, attention to detail, and accountability, chances are you would see Luke's picture beside all three. I have no doubt that anyone that chooses to work with Luke and his team will be beyond glad they did, and will be repeat customers!

If you are looking for someone who will communicate effectively, is organized, timely, and hard working then Luke is the perfect fit to be your property manager. Luke is one of the hardest workers I've ever known and dedicated to his work. He will work day and night to make sure that tasks and emergencies are handled in a timely manner. He is very approachable and will always greet you and everyone he meets with a smile. I cannot recommend Luke enough as a person and professional!
