We paid 400.00 to apply for a condo, we're approved for said condo and we're given written and verbal confirmation that we had until a certain date to pay. We paid our entire deposit that evening. Received a phone call 3 days later that someone else paid their deposit before we did (we were never informed that there was another approved leasee). Told we weren't getting the condo literally 1 week before we were scheduled to move due to our house closing. Left scrambling!! Then I find out that they still tried to charge my bank account for the deposit!!! Stay clear of this company!!!!
