Great service and experience at an affordable fair price with my properties. No hidden fees unlike other realtors I’ve had experience with in the past. Highly recommend taking a few minutes and make them your first call. Will be happy you did.

Everything after the tour of the house was a mess. Trying to get info from the realtor on water, electric, etc was nearly impossible. We went back and forth on whether we even actually HAD the house, as no one seemed to know what was going on. And once we knew for a fact we had it, the day we go to drop off the check, THREE DAYS before we’re set to move in, they tell us the owner has decided to take the house off the rental market to move back in. Now we’re sitting, everything packed, with no house and our money in limbo while we wait for our refund.

We had a very tough time getting Exit to communicate and help us through the process of renting one of the homes they managed. After weeks of delayed communication and hurdle after hurdle we are finally able to put down our deposit and sign our reservation agreement. So we stop in three days before our move in date to drop off the check for our move-in cost and they tell us that apparently the owner will not be renting out the house. So three days before we move in we’re told the house is not ours anymore. And to top it all off we’ve been trying to get our deposit/application fees refunded with no help because apparently the agent is out of the office for a week. Almost 2,000 dollars just up in the air right now until the agent can make the time to fix the situation he’s put us in. We've packed our stuff and rented a U-Haul and gone so far as to set up electric/utilities to the home only for it to all come crumbling down with absolutely no time to figure out where we will be living. Three days before move in. Three. Days. So thank you Exit and Michael for the nightmare you’ve left us in.

I worked with McKenzie Schmidt. McKenzie went above and beyond to help me get the most bang for my buck. She would travel to whatever out of the way county I had found a home that I wanted to tour. She stayed in contact with me and also ran interference with the seller/seller's realtor when documents were needed. If you need a realtor that will bend over backwards to help you find a home then McKenzie is the person to call. In the end we found a brand new home within my budget that wasn't completely off the beaten path.

Amy did a really great job! She had great and prompt communication. She really knows her stuff. She will go to bat for you weather you are buying or selling a home! We will definitely be using her in the future for all our real estate needs!

Chelsea Cothron is amazing!! She asked want we wanted and found us exactly what we asked for please so much more!! She sold out house in a matter of a few hours!!! I highly recommend her to anyone that ask!! Joanie was amazing as well, she helped us and got us in our new home in 3 weeks!! The girls are truly amazing and are the best of the best!!
