Taylor was in my apartment today to fix my blinds and he was fantastic. I had a rough morning leaving my keys in my car, so when he showed up and I wasn't there, he was happy to reschedule for the same day! As a tenant it's always nice for a smooth maintenance experience--and the blinds look fantastic. Thanks Taylor for making a hectic day a little better by checking this off my list with a kind and accommodating attitude.

I had an electrical issue in my unit and put in a request for maintenance. They got a technician, Rob Jones, out to me the very next day. He swapped out the worn outlets for new ones and got everything working with skill, courtesy and professionalism.

Tina Lerch of RPA has served as a property manager for my small condominium on Sand Point Way for many years. Rarely has it been vacant and she has coordinated turnovers seamlessly. I can't say enough good things about the service we have received. Thank you, Tina!

Thank you so much Kyle for the service.
Kyle is jovial, friendly and very good at his job. He repaired my toilet and cleaned up after himself. He was nice enough to even advise me on my heating unit which had nothing to do with the plumbing job that had brought him to my home. Grateful.

i’ve rented from RPA nov 2023 to oct 2024. the property they listed was an apartment in roosevelt. they showed a listing that had a great view of trees and the city, but the actual properties view out the window was just a wall. i asked about it, but in the end i settled bc i needed somewhere to live.
the unit itself was not cleaned well. there was cat hair in the crevices and stains on the wall. however, compared to renting in hawaii, it had way more amenities than i would’ve gotten. plus, i would have wiped down the whole unit regardless.
three things about rpa that disappointed me was one, this building i leased in always has spillage in the elevator, and it was never cleaned. i messaged and emailed but no response. two, one time i got locked out because i forgot my keys in the unit. yes, it’s my fault, but it was during normal business hours. i just needed a swipe up the elevator. a neighbor ended up helping me out, but dont consider rpa neighborly even though they were only a 5 minute drive away. finally, the security deposit is 500$ for this unit. i had to wait a month to get the deposit back, and they’re taking 170$ out of it for cleaning i suppose, but i left it cleaner than i got it. i even did a pre move out inspection and they told me everything looks fine. Real Property Associates have been a Real Big Let Down.
The photo i attached is my last day moving everything out. i swept and mopped. sanitized everything before i left. should’ve just left a huge mess since the cleaning fee was a third of my deposit.

I had an outstanding experience with Real Property Associates, and I want to especially thank Tasha for making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. From the moment I reached out, Tasha was incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful. She introduced me to a fantastic apartment that exceeded my expectations.
Although I didn’t have a physical tour, Tasha provided me with many photos and was thorough in answering all of my questions about the property. Her attention to detail made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision.
The apartment itself (Vivid Roosevelt) is everything I was looking for—well-maintained, in a great location, and managed by a team that truly cares about its residents. Thank you again, Tasha, for your excellent service!

I had great communication and quick responses. Gio and Quien helped me through that process. I cannot wait to move in!
