We recently worked with Dominic from Real Property Associates to rent a house that will be used as a preschool location. From the first call, Dominic was warm, enthusiastic and eager to collaborate with us to make the rental work for our school. He seems to genuinely care about the role the property will play in the neighborhood and to be invested in our community. Now, we're in the process of finalizing some move-in repairs and preparations, and communication has been considerate, clear and helpful, with so much respect shown to our team and a continued investment in the preschool seteup. (For example, when contacting a pest control, Dominic proactively requested a non-poison solution, thinking ahead to the preschool usage.) We're very grateful we landed with Dominic and RPA and so excited about the new house.

I was having issues with my washer leaking water on the floor after spin cycles, and I sent this information to Dominic. He placed work orders for me and I was contacted by a repairman the same day. He said the transmission was bad and needed to be replaced, so he put in a request with management to repair my washing machine. While trying to replace the transmission, he discovered that the agitator pieces had rusted and seized together with other parts so he couldn’t remove it to make the necessary repairs. I immediately called Dominic, and after getting specific measurements and the model number of my current washer/dryer from the repairman, Dominic was able to turn this over to the office and an order was immediately placed for a whole new washer/dryer unit! This morning he reached out to inform me that my new washer/dryer would be delivered tomorrow! I’m extremely grateful to Dominic for assisting me with this stressful situation, and keeping the lines of communication open so that I remain informed each step of this process.

We have hired Tina Lerch from Real Property Associates to manage our rental house in northeast Seattle for several years already. Tina has decades of experience on managing rental properties. She has helped us find good tenants and take good care of all the management issues. When there is a new issue found, she is always responding fast, sending the required professional to come assess the conditions. I would strongly recommend Tina to my friends or anyone who is looking for a rental property manager.

Our technician, Mike, was so personable and efficient. He fixed all the issues that could be tackled the day of his first visit and promised to return with the supplies for the next few jobs that needed done. Overall we were very impressed with his knowledge and understanding about the tasks that were required for our comfort in our new apartment.

Taylor was in my apartment today to fix my blinds and he was fantastic. I had a rough morning leaving my keys in my car, so when he showed up and I wasn't there, he was happy to reschedule for the same day! As a tenant it's always nice for a smooth maintenance experience--and the blinds look fantastic. Thanks Taylor for making a hectic day a little better by checking this off my list with a kind and accommodating attitude.

i’ve rented from RPA nov 2023 to oct 2024. the property they listed was an apartment in roosevelt. they showed a listing that had a great view of trees and the city, but the actual properties view out the window was just a wall. i asked about it, but in the end i settled bc i needed somewhere to live.
the unit itself was not cleaned well. there was cat hair in the crevices and stains on the wall. however, compared to renting in hawaii, it had way more amenities than i would’ve gotten. plus, i would have wiped down the whole unit regardless.
three things about rpa that disappointed me was one, this building i leased in always has spillage in the elevator, and it was never cleaned. i messaged and emailed but no response. two, one time i got locked out because i forgot my keys in the unit. yes, it’s my fault, but it was during normal business hours. i just needed a swipe up the elevator. a neighbor ended up helping me out, but dont consider rpa neighborly even though they were only a 5 minute drive away. finally, the security deposit is 500$ for this unit. i had to wait a month to get the deposit back, and they’re taking 170$ out of it for cleaning i suppose, but i left it cleaner than i got it. i even did a pre move out inspection and they told me everything looks fine. Real Property Associates have been a Real Big Let Down.
The photo i attached is my last day moving everything out. i swept and mopped. sanitized everything before i left. should’ve just left a huge mess since the cleaning fee was a third of my deposit.

The showing of the apartment at The Verra in Seattle was wonderful with Gio! I fell in love with the place right away and Gio answered all the questions I had. I applied and everything went smoothly. I had great communication and quick responses. Gio and Quien helped me through that process. I cannot wait to move in!
