Rented a home from Howzer & Tyler Reichert, lived there from 2019-2022. Dealing with them was consistently horrible, poor maintenance issues with a leaking roof, mold, and trying to enter the home without permission. They are still harassing me for a review after their terrible management practices 3 YEARS AGO. If only they could’ve be been this consistent in providing customer care when I was their customer. They emailed me three separate times asking for a review so here it is. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Me and my husband had a great experience with Howzer property management,They were very helpful with helping us with everything we had to do to get a place.The ppl we met from their company were so helpful and nice I will recommend.them to everyone we know.Thank you especially to Clayton and Nick for all that they did for us. it was fine while it lasted. The door repair nut and bolt came flying out on friday and luckily didn't hit anyone. can you please send someone to repair it? thank you

I’m over at 357 Main Street Newman Properties I received my new oven today. Very grateful they handled the building and really beautiful fashion. We have face recognition in the building laundry with our apps Amazon drop off and pick up locker and everybody is very nice in the building in the village green is right there. I’m writing this beautiful review because everything has been good and people usually just right when they’re complaining, but I’m writing because everything’s been good and especially thank you to Jordene She’s been Very Excellent to communicate with and handle anything that comes up give five stars. Look forward to doing many more years of business. Thank you on my eighth Year here Sincerely, Michael Weisman

As far as emergencies over a holiday break goes… Howzer was fantastic. They were prompt, thorough and the contractors sent to my residence were professional and superb. A fine property management company.

Company is extremely difficult to deal with an unreliable. We have had several emergencies throughout our time with them including the heat going out in single digit temperatures multiple times and nobody can be reached after business hours. Completely unprofessional and don’t care about their tenants at all!

Maintenance on the electrical socket was completed promptly by Tyler Hopkins. He was very knowledgeable about the work to be done and gave me some helpful advice. I highly recommend Tyler and his group in the future.

I had a maintenance issue with my smoke detector it kept going off all day and night. I contacted Jordene and she got back to me within minutes and kept checking on my progress with the technician until the problem was solved. She is very kind and helpful.
