He started in the Mortgage Industry in 2008 when the market was at the bottom. While many people were leaving the industry he was just getting started. Shortly after getting accustomed to the industry, he became a Top Producer in 2010 and has never looked back. He is consistently in the top % of the industry and continues to grow. Conrad's approach is very systematic, and his clients can count on consistent follow up and straight forwardness throughout the loan process. He is very creative with loan programs to ensure his clients are using the best option and overall lowest cost mortgage program available.
