My leasing agent’s name is Yazmin. She was absolutely incredible. She comes across as someone very knowledgeable, caring and very competent and leaves you with a sense of confidence in their ability to problem solve.
The locks are very convenient.

Danny is excellent at solving any problem on the property and his attention is fast and effective. He also speaks Spanish, which for me was excellent because it is my first language.

Jon and his team have built a great reputation through use of strong systems, technology and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend their company for property management systems as they will work very hard to protect the properties they manage and make it as painless as possible for investors while maximizing the tenant experience as well.

Jon @ SPM is an amazing property manager. From the very first interaction with him, we knew we were in good hands. He's always looking out for us and our best interest. He is doing his due diligence with the tenants and always looks for the best available option for both, tenants and owners. Jon and the crew at Simple were beyond diligent in managing our rental property. They were super responsive and accommodating. Jon comes to the table with loads of experience and things to consider about getting our house ready to rent out that we had never considered. If you're considering having Simple manage your rental, don't think twice about it!

I haven’t always been happy with simple property management. But I can say that since Pablo and Danny have start working there I have been treated with respect and kindness I am deserved. When ever I call and have a problem they deal with it right away. I am happy to be a tenant.

We've been using Simple Property Management for a little under a year now. They manage our single family home in Grand Rapids, Mi. We are more than happy with their services. As a Carpenter and Licensed Home Inspector I am a hands on kind of guy but Jon takes care of the house and leasing so well that I am completely hands off. He makes very good decisions for us and we've been happy with all of them so far.
