As a local Phoenix investor and top loan officer in Arizona, I enjoy helping investors expand their portfolio or get their feet wet with RE investing. I have over 240+ vetted lenders to search through to tailor home loans as I am with the largest mortgage brokerage in the US, NEXA Mortgage. 8+ years of investor-experience lending Conventional, DSCR, and programs for self-employed borrowers. What sets me apart is my firsthand experience as a successful short-term rental owner/operator along with experience with mid-term and long-term renting. My experience has provided me with valuable insights into the mindset and goals of investors, allowing me to anticipate their needs and customize my services accordingly. I understand how investors think because I've walked in their shoes. After listening to Bigger Pockets podcasts while hiking in Phoenix, I was inspired to start investing and would go on to house-hack and master mid-term and long-term renting.
