This company is amazing to rent with. They are responsive and respectful. The property managers are available, personable, and organized. Upon move in, they reached out to me days ahead of time with clear information about getting the keys ( easy via lockbox). There was a letter in the home and a gift basket explaining procedures for paying rent and communication . I was nervous about renting from a company at first instead of an individual but I will never go back. This company is very professional! The application process is thorough ...this indicates to me that they are also a good company to use as a property owner as well.

Beyond blessed to have my first time renting under this renter. Always extremely helpful and kind. Benjamin has answered any questions i’ve ever asked with very quick response time and in very respectful manner. 10/10!

Kristine is awesome! Her bubbly personality makes her very easy to talk to. She is very organized and detail oriented. She is absolutely who you want to manage your properties. She has many knowledgeable contractors in her arsenal to get whatever needs to be done done…fast and efficient too!
