In the process of looking for a new place....and calling them is no help from the agents down to the property Manager......Completely useless.....Not to mention I had to call 4 times because I kept getting disconnected....The first time the call went to voicemail, the last two before the Manager answered; he would pick up and hang up....The last time he answered and was literally no help..... paraphrasing his end of conversation; the website handles all the viewings, we do not schedule the viewings. They were not mean; they were of no help.....

Highly recommend skyline. This has been our first experience with a property management firm. They are highly responsive and professional. We’ve had a few repair issues and they are taken care of immediately. They contract vendors that are timely, professional, and communicative.

So far I've had a great experience with skyline. We had some minor repair issues on move in, and our property managers Erika and Manuel were incredibly speedy at getting people to fix them. It's incredibly relieving to know that if something goes wrong it will be fixed ASAP!

As a landlord, I had a very unique situation with my tenants as I had no leases in place and a lot of headaches. I reached out to Skyline and told them my situation. They were very helpful and understanding. Once I signed them onboard, Christine and Mark handled my property transition very smoothly and professionally. Now all the tenants that had no leases now have new leases in place and I cannot be more satisfied.

I just wrapped up the rental process with Mark Khavinson and I've been happy with my experiences so far. There was an issue that arose prior to my showing but he kept my partner & I informed and we were able to reschedule with no problems. The showing went well, he answered any questions we had, and once we had been approved Mark reached out a couple of times to make sure we knew what the next steps were going to be. As far as renting in a city goes the whole process was painless and it definitely helped remove some stress from moving preparations. As an update since renewing the lease...things are still going well with both Skyline, and the rental. Mark came around to do a quick property inspection and was just as friendly as he was during the showing; we chatted about a few things and I got an extra vote to keep our Halloween decorations up year round. He scheduled an appointment for us to have our HVAC filter replaced as some general maintenance after the year of being here, and Erika & Manuel made the appointment super simple. The appointment was set early enough for us to request a different date if necessary, we were called the morning of the appointment to confirm the window of time, and once the maintenance began it was quick and simple. 10/10 experience so far

If I could give lower stars, I would. Wasted so much time, stress and money trying to move into a Philly row-home rental with this company that turned out to be uninhabitable. When we moved in, it was clear the place was neglected and had severe gas leaks, bad plumbing, leaking non-functional AC unit and no hot water (water heater broken and then unable to be replaced properly because of gas leaks). We were able to get out of the lease after fighting with them for weeks but it was horrible dealing with this unprofessional and negligent company. They were rude and higher ups ignored many calls and messages. I could write so much more but the story is so long that I’ll leave it here. DO NOT associate with this company. In my experience, they are not reliable, have poor communication, are unprofessional and don’t take care of their properties. We could probably take them to civil court to get the rest of our money back but I don’t ever want to deal with them ever again. The property we tried to move into is still not fixed. We even got a call the other day from one of skyline’s third party maintenance vendors to schedule a repair we requested months ago lol ( we have been out of the rental since end of May 2022) so I guess they still didn’t fix it to make it live-able yet.
