I wanted to thank Nate for contacting me to resolve the issues mentioned in this review.
Update: For privacy reasons, I am posting on behalf of a current tenant at aligned. They have received the photos attached on multiple occasions so they’re very familiar with the issue.
Makes sense that the positive reviews all come from investors (and employees)! But as a TENANT, If you expect to move into a clean apartment, look elsewhere. If you expect prompt communication, look elsewhere. If you expect DECENT customer service, look elsewhere.

This company is absolutely ridiculous. They just took over our apartment complex and immediately issues eviction notices on fabricated information from the landlord. I guess at this point, my attorneys and fair housing will see you in court. Never the less, your client "Steve Nedolast" of SLHS Investments LLC is a complete slum lord, and has the nerve to talk about my wife out of name and out of context to our neighbors. Too bad the neighbors he was talking to are related to our family. We are fighting this to the very very end. The made up numbers of back rent owed is absolutely worrisome. We paid Junes rent to the former property management company, who decided to not do business with Steve as he was a liability. Extortionate at best, theft at worst! We will see you in court!

Nate manages 3 properties for us as out of state investors. He helped us with each purchase while we were in diligence - itemizing and estimating repairs so that we could close the deal eyes wide open. Then, he managed getting the houses lease ready by managing contracts with his vast network. We are so grateful for his personal support given we only now have a small portfolio, and we look forward to continuing to grow our portfolio with Nate's advice. For small repairs, Nate takes care of it without ever bothering us, it's great for a hands-off investment experience with monthly cash flow and no headache. The portal Nate uses is super logical and organized, and it integrates flawlessly with Stessa for income and ROI tracking. Thanks so much, Nate!

If I could give this company a negative star I would!! DONT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! Nate and his team constantly ignore maintenance requests. Previous tenants broke a whole window out. I was told it would be fixed....they put a piece of sheet metal over it and called it a day. They hire creepy handy men that hit on single mother's and their daughters. Caria is by far the worst employee, she sent me my lease that says $700 a month and once I sign it instantly starts charging me an extra $50. I've sent more than 10 emails to have her fix what she has done wrong and all she said one time was "I'll look into it" then ignores me for the rest of the year. Caria is a lier and a thief. She doesn't even know how to add. She will put one amount on the lease and the sum total for the year will be thousands of dollars over what it should be. I have a leaky pipe in the basement being held together with duct tape, because it wasn't dripping when nate came over he said there is no need to fix it. Once I turned in my notice to vacate Caria took my sister's new lease (she lives in the apartment below me) back and then added an additional $50 to her lease. Caria tried saying its for her cat (which is an esa and cant be charged for it legally). I beg you to save your hard earned money and don't give it to these people. They need to fire Caria first and for most, she is going to cause this companyto get sued!!!!!! I've reported to the BBB with all the documents supporting this and taking it further than that! Have the day you deserve Caria!!!!!!!

Nathan and Aligned have been great from an investor perspective. Coming from a horrible situation with a poor PM in the same area, Nate and team have provided great communication, visibility, and professionalism. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a quality, professional, property management group in the Cleveland area.

I'm sorry to write this but, I viewed a property of theirs last week and it was nothing like they described. They listed it as 5 bed, 2 baths. When it was 3 bedrooms, an attic and 2 1/2 baths. It was misleading. A little honesty goes a long way
To Owner: It was **60 Rossmoor Rd, Cleveland, OH 44118, it was listed under KW Elevate Aligned Properties.

Sad that in there ads it doesn't state that u need rental history.. maybe should of stated that before I payed u the application fee. If ur Broke let me know to borrow some money

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Don’t rent from Aligned! Worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Nathan Fisher is a slumlord. Maintenance requests would go unanswered for weeks even up to a month at points, no regard for the tenants needs or safety. Maintenance requests I put in were even deleted from the system, ignored entirely. During a winter storm the house temperature went lower than 55 degrees and took days to address. Issue was never properly fixed. The property was not taken care of and up to the lease standards they promised. Lawn was barely mowed, overgrowth of things never once addressed even after complaints. When I got locked out, Nathan Fisher was the only person who had the spare key and refused to come let me and my dog back into the house… while I was very pregnant and there was a storm! Several safety issues came up during my lease to which we agreed I could terminate my lease early and still be returned a percentage of my security deposit. Despite having not only Nathan but another employee state that in writing, they decided they would keep my entire security deposit and not tell me until I asked after 30 days waiting period where it was at. Very rude, impossible to deal with and dishonest.
