Aligned Properties has managed my property for over two years. Nate and his team have been extremely professional and responsive to any request for information and during tenant turnover. They performed a turnover for a 4 bedroom unit within about a week at an affordable price and returned an amazing product. I would highly recommend Aligned Properties to anyone who wants their property managed by a professional team that takes care of a property as if it were their own.

From the investor side, Nate has been very communicative and efficient in getting issues taken care of concerning my property. He tells it like it is and gets things done quickly. He has a lot of different contacts, which helps with pricing and timing. I recently had some problems with my latest tenant and Nate took care of it instantly. Happy to have been referred to him.

I am so glad I found Nathan at Aligned Properties to manage my property. Nathan has been nothing short of amazing with strong communication, very fast and efficient service and gets your property rented FAST. He is straight to the point and doesn't mess around but gets the job done. I highly recommend hiring him for your property in the Cleveland area if you are looking for someone fast, efficient, organized and good communication.

Update on my recent review because it wouldn’t let me edit again, I was able to talk to NATE FISHER after having to call on a different number because he blocked mine. He was stuck and had no idea what to say to any of my statements. He was so flabbergasted he hung up and blocked the number I called from. I also mentioned all other fellow reviewers about how he was doing you guys wrong and he had nothing to say. If you are in the market of getting your property in the market or looking to rent a property I would exhaust all other options before having to rent from this coward.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. We lived in one of their properties and it became infested. I know when people think of infestation they tend to think people are dirty and don’t clean up after themselves but that’s far from what my family is. My fiancé runs her own cleaning company and would never even leave a crumb on the floor and constantly made sure the home was clean. When our property became infested I informed NATE FISHER of the issue and he said he would get it taken care of. I informed him I have 2 young children at the time were 3 and my youngest just began to crawling, I told him if the issue didn’t get resolved we would request out of our lease with no penalty. After an exterminator came out the problems continued to occur and my kids were constantly sick and we could never figure out why (we know now because of the infestation issue). When in the home you could literally smell the stench of the mice and rats and hear them moving in the walls. When we moved out of the home all the symptoms my kids were experiencing literally stopped. Myself and my fiancée finally had enough and decided to leave the property 1 calendar year after moving in. When we moved out the bait traps that were set by the exterminator had been torn to pieces and moved by rats. NATE FISHER never cared and with other issues in the home it took months for him to address them and get someone out to fix them. I myself was fixing the property with my own money at times because I knew it would take months for him to address an issue. Shortly after we moved in the basement flooded and the foundation was breaking and it took him MONTHS to fix it. Now sense we’ve moved out he is doing everything possible to not give us our security deposit and claiming we caused damage to the property which in all honesty we left one bad carpet stain but is normal considering we have a 3 year old. He is trying to charge us for normal wear and tear of the property. He charged us for a pool removal that we left because if I would’ve drained it, it would’ve flooded the basement sense the foundation had broke. NATE FISHER is an unjust person, do not rent from him unless you absolutely need too. Also, he claims that they do not answer their phones and only do texting but doesn’t reply to texts unless HE needs something. After we moved out he also listed the property for rent knowing there is an active infestation issue and refused to acknowledge it when I brought it to his attention. He’s also falsely advertising the home, showing it on Zillow as something it is not, using very old pictures to make the home seem nicer than it is.
UPDATE: Literally after posting this he sent me a disposition letter and said to call with questions. After attempting to call be blocked my number.

I would strongly advise not renting a unit from Aligned Properties Group. I did not have the best experience from day 1. I moved to Cleveland from Dayton and signed a lease with a move in date of November 1, 2022 as the date got closer I was advised that the current tenants needed to stay longer and I was not able to move in until November 15, 2022. During the 15 day gap I had to bounce around to different AirBNB's so I would have a place to stay since I didn't know anyone in town. The poor/lack of communication was also a problem from the beginning. Getting someone to come and do maintenance on the house was an absolute nightmare. The fridge in the unit went out and luckily I had one of my own and was able to replace it. I left the house cleaner than when I moved in and was charged a cleaning fee from my deposit. I also left the fridge there for them since we didn't need it at our new place and a dryer for them to keep. I was also charged for repairs on the house that were normal wear and tear. The house has plaster walls and there were cracks all the way throughout, I was charged for the repair of plaster falling off the walls which is clearly from the house being old. I did leave behind a couple items, that they had to move out, or could have left for new tenants as it was all usable items, with the exception of a mattress and box spring but out of my $1300 deposit they are only giving me back $185 which is a joke. I expected to not get all my money back back not $185 out of $1300. I called to office to discuss this with someone, left 2 messages and got no reply. I finally decided to text the number that had texted me about my move out and got a message saying, "you are welcome to send questions here" there was no apology for not being contacted beforehand. After sending my questions I got a reply saying a follow-up email has been sent, which still didn't answer my questions so I asked more and have yet to get a rely. I have rented for the last 10 years and have never had this kind of experience with a landlord before. I would advise you to thoroughly do your research before moving into one of Nathans places before doing so.
Update: I finally received a text back after I'm assuming this review was looked at saying that Nathan was going to work with me on the deposit but now he can't. Professionalism is clearly not a characteristic that Nathan seems to have.

Moved into one of their units 11/9 and from the person showing the house being unknowledgeable about the property, to the property being received in filthy conditions, to the poor communication by the management team, to the lack of response by the maintenance team, we have had nothing but a poor experience with Aligned Property Management so far! I’ve dealt with slumlord management groups like them before, 100% believe all the other bad reviews based on my experience so far with this company. If we left this property in exactly the same conditions that we got it in, they would 100% be trying to keep our deposit and charge us for damages and cleaning, but they gave it to us like that. SMH

Loved working with Nate, his wealth of knowledge and experience with rental properties in unmatched!
Nate met with me and walked me through the entire process of preparing a property as a rental unit and developed a strategy and checklist for moving forward. There were so many details he brought to my attention that I would never have thought of.
Additionally his resources and network for home repair and painting etc were wonderful to work with!
Nate is a 1 stop shop for ALL things rental property related.
