My experience with Property Sense and Erin as an individual was even better than I imagined! Her professionalism, eye for detail, and individual attention went well above expectations. I feel very fortunate to have worked with Erin because there are many choices out there and not all are as successful by far! I highly recommend Property Sense in any capacity that is needed.

Property Sense, and Erin specifically, has been great to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable about, and responsive to, the local market, securing a tenant for our property in about a month. The regular updates we received while seeking a tenant were very helpful and greatly appreciated. The whole process has been smooth and required so little effort on our part. I would 100% recommend Property Sense to anyone looking for a property manager.

I'm new to property investing and I was hesitant about who to go with. After numerous meetings with many different companies, I decided to go with PropertySense because of Erin's preparedness, professionalism and knowledge of everything ranging from building codes to the lay of the land for real estate.
Four months in, and she has consistently proven my first impressions to be right. She has made the process for finding a tenant as easy as it can get, with detailed weekly statuses to keep me in the loop. She has helped manage communications with vendors/contractors about repairs, provided good recommendations about home improvements, monitored the market to ensure I was competitive and helped ease a lot of my concerns by explaining everything and patiently answering my numerous questions.
