Ruth was great with getting my family in a new house we were in a time crunch with our previous house to the point we were so stressed especially with the holidays coming up. Ruth actually reached out to us and helped so much she got us in our new house before the holidays we are so grateful! The only complaint I do have is maintenance seems like it’s been one thing after the other we have been told someone is coming to fix something then they never show or plans change and we have just been left in the dark about it. Though it is still an on going issue Abraham has been very helpful and decently quick to getting back to my texts when I have any questions. Just hoping the maintenance issue gets better other than that I really do recommend

I must say Ms Ruth is heaven sent she really show compassion and has a heart to really help people she was so kind and really helped my daughter and I get the house we wanted she guided us all the way to securing the house she is very vital to your company and and need to be promoted. I want to Thank Mrs.Ruth for everything she have done for me and my family. She made the process very easy and smooth with no problems she explain everything to from top to bottom. She very honest about everything. Her communication is on point and I love that about her. Thanks to Mrs. Ruth on helping me getting a house I love the house.

Very poor when it comes to maintenance and communication. I currently rent from them and it took 3 months for them to fix my gas. They just fixed it yesterday only for the maintenance guy to cause a problem where I now don't have hot water. I was told someone was coming to fix it today and they never did. After my lease is up I'm done with this company. Poor communication skills and very unprofessional maintenance crew

As a tenant, they were amazing property managers to me. Always helpful and willing to be flexible (truly a blessing in today's economy). Always had quick and effective maintenance or updates when there had to be delays. Sad to see them go as our building recently changed companies, but I can't recommend them enough. Ruth was my contact, and she was absolutely amazing, kind, and caring. She helped me find a great apartment in a good neighborhood well below the market rate, that I hope to be in until I buy a house of my own. If you're looking for an apartment in the Memphis area call and ask for her!!

Let’s start off by saying I’m usually not the type to leave bad reviews on anyone but after the experience I’ve had with rivertown the last couple months i wouldn’t recommend them to a homeless if they were offering free rent the communication is horrible no response to my messages no call back after trying to reach Itza multiple times and the moment i do get her on the phone first thing she say is oh i haven’t forgotten about you how come you haven’t its going on 3 MONTHS no A/C i had to buy window units at my own expensive just to keep my little ones cool then to make matters worse the sewer is backed up in the residence which means i can’t use anything dealing with water without it coming out onto the floor or up through the tub and sinks and I’ve been dealing with that also a month now at what point do you decide to do your job I’ve had a hard time getting things repaired since ruth moved out the maintenance department at this point i honestly want no dealings with rivertown anymore I’ve also contacted the BBB since i can’t seem to get any help reaching out on my own P.S Ruth you’ve done such and amazing job at answering my questions/working with me the entire 2 years I’ve dealt with rivertown

Mrs Ruth is a very sweet lady, that will do her best to help you get in one of their beautiful homes. She was so nice and understanding of my situation. She made me feel welcome.
