Ronni was AMAZING! She's really great to work with and willing to make sure you're in the right place. I've never met someone more nice and understanding which is what made the experience 1000% smooter. Touring properties and applying is pretty easy so this company was a great help for someone just starting out in home renting. No doubt that I'd rent with them in the future.

Mery Martinez is a very nice office manager! She made sure we knew everything we needed to know moving in. Maintenance came by and fixed our finding in our move in inspection. So far a great company to rent from!

From an owner. Horrible company, all they focus on is how to maximize their cut. Always ready with lies and cover ups. They took care of 4 units used to produce > 2.5 K per month total. After 6 months the balance has been negative because of overpriced repairs and making unnecessary inspections. Of course all repairs are < 500$ and separate visits, so they don't need approval and they can charge the max amount. I called their COO who would acknowledge that yes these are over priced repairs and he refunded some money in my account! Over the phone they are always pleasant and ready with stories . There are many people doing different things with very poor interdepartmental communication. Jenni and Shelly seem to be legit people. One unit didn't pay the rent for a total of 6 months and only when I asked 4 months later they started the process for the eviction. They left the unit abandoned after eviction for 3 weeks waiting for the financial statements to be ready!

Kristine called me within the hour of my virtual tour. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She helped guide me through the process from start to finish, answering all of my questions honestly and thoroughly. I never felt pressured, only supported. This has been the best rental experience I have ever had.

Mr. Chris Pierce is an amazing, outstanding good Samaritan. I had not only one flat tire but two with multiple holes in both. I didn't have a jack, my spare was also on flat. He took the time to stop me walking down the street to help me out. Once the tires got fix my battery went dead and wouldn't hold a charge. He was very patient working on my car, He even crawl under the car to fine out my starter wire was loose. All of this took three hours, even told his dad when he called him that he would call him back cause he was helping me. I wanted to pay him but didn't have any money on me, he simply told me that God has paid him. I thank God for bring my faith back into humanity.

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Foundation Property Management company. Managing properties from a distance can be challenging, but this team makes it seamless every step of the way. Their expertise, reliability, and commitment to long-term relationships have truly exceeded my expectations. As a long-distance investor, I feel confident and supported, knowing my properties are in such capable hands. Thank you for your outstanding service and support in real estate investing!

We had a main line stoppage on 11/10. Our sewage line is broken causing raw sewage to come up through our bath tub and we cannot use one of our 2 bathrooms.The one we can use still causes raw sewage to come up in the tub. No emergency number, we had to go a whole day before we heard from them. Now it’s 11/19 and no update, just that they are working to approve a quote. This is the holidays, I’m going to have to end up placing us in a hotel and we can barely get a straight update. This is crazy because we pay rent on time every month. Unfortunately we’ve signed a 24 month lease… I’m just hoping some one reaches out to us to make this right. Update- The pipe was fixed 2 weeks ago but they didn’t pay to have the mud packed and smoothed so my car got stuck in mud after they told me to park in the grass then back tracked and said it was in violation of my lease to do so. We are now without working heat going on 2 weeks, with no fix in sight. Surprised we made it through the cold snap. We will be paying to terminate our lease next year and probably reaching out to the BBB and social media. Only thing consistent here is them wanting rent. Update- After a month still no heat still no resolution for the driveway being dug up and left. They scheduled an inspection last Friday and never showed up never called or anything but if we had missed the appt it’s $150. We plan on going to the BBB and code enforcement because this is ridiculous. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM IF YOU EXPECT ANY LEVEL OF SERVICE. Joseph told me I’d get two calls from management on Friday (I have the recording) and no call. I’m fed up

Could not recommend a better management company in the entire mid south. Foundation property management has managed the duplex that I live in for a little over 6 months And I have lived at my rental property with my dog for about 12 years now. the old company I won't get into but foundation management has treated me with nothing but respect. they keep an eye on their properties. they do inspections and keep you informed of any upcoming weather situations Or closures they may have with suggestions on how to protect your property. I had an issue with a giant tree that was dead and threatening to fall in the house. the old management company did nothing for 6 years and made the use of my backyard impossible. Foundation management company had the tree completely removed at great cost but made sure that it was safe for my emotional sport animal to be able to play in the backyard. The front driveway was replaced making it smooth and to be able to walk around the car without falling. But what most impress me is the snow and ice storm we just had January 2024 which knocked out my water both hot and cold and had it up and running in less than 24 hours of me having to shut the main off. It took there plumbing vendor less than 30 minutes to have me back up and running. I have been going through serious illness and did not need the extra stress I could not be more happy with the services of foundation management. In my humble opinion they are the best management company in the entire south. Keep up the good work as I'm sure you will and thank you again for getting my services back to normal so very quickly. Update January 29th 2025. Just had my house inspected as they do every 6 months thankfully and Mr Darren Arnouit was so friendly like he always is even playful to Mr Jäger my support dog which everyone at the office just a divorce and he loves getting so much attention. But Darren did a wonderful walk-through and it's going to help me with small issues that just seem to always creep up on an old house be repaired. I'm so grateful for his keen eye and easy demeanor and so very helpful! Keep up the good job with the entire team at foundation Management is above reproach! Hat is off to you all!
