Unfortunately Sleepsound Property management has been unresponsive to complaints about safety in one of their properties, and has cited that their hands are tied despite law enforcement telling tenants that Sleepsound is well within their legal rights to evict the tenant causing safety concerns. The company seems to not care about its tenants, and is attempting to silence negative reviews to save their reputation. Even if their hands were tied, the least they could do is respond to the dozens of emails and voicemails that were left for them, but that didn't happen.

One of the tenants of this property management company has been harassing everyone who lives around him. He has slashed 20 tires, costing me personally close to $1000. Sleep Sounds response? Reconnect the cameras (that should have already been connected) and hope for the best. He was arrested, and back within the week. Sleep Sound once again did nothing. He was just taken into custody once again for attempting to break into one of his neighbors' appartment, but I'm sure he'll be back soon. Any bets on whether or not Sleep Sound will do anything about it? Ironically, I'm not sleeping very sound just living next to one of their properties much less in one.

This was my first time working with Sleep Sound and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I lived out of state when searching for a house and so it was challenging to assess properties online. The person who guided me and inspired my confidence was Bridget Perales, a member of the Sleep Sound team. She was extremely responsive, always answered my questions immediately, and was very patient—and thorough. Her support was invaluable and provided a good sense of what I could expect from my rental experience. I recommend this firm highly, and encourage you to ask for Bridget!!!

My girlfriend and I found this house to rent and we've been happy with the responsiveness of the property manager. While there is little voice and/or face-to-face contact, the Property Meld portal helps track work orders or questions we as tenants might have. For example, recently a small tree fell down in the backyard due to the weather, we went sure to replace it or pull it ourselves, and it was replaced within 24hrs by contracted landscapers, almost sneakily lol. We just want to make sure we respect the house and document any and every issue we encounter while we live here.

Julie is so great to work with. She's communicative and thorough. The thing I appreciate the most about this company are their standards. They want properties to be in great condition, which benefits both the tenant and the landlord and I respect that. Often attention to detail is lacking from property management companies. I will definitely work with Sleep Sound Property Management for all of my future rental management needs.

I have worked with Sleep Sound for almost two years as a renter and they are always responsive and I like the personal touch you get from a local company. Last year they were on it fast when I had an issue during an ice storm. Then today Nick helped fix my front door and he was very cooperative and efficient. I appreciated his friendliness. No complaints with the attitude of Sleep Sound’s team.

This is my first apartment experience and I have leased with Sleep Sound since June 2023. I enjoy the functionality of their services and Caitlin Austin has always been as helpful and thorough as she can be. My Mom has had many past experiences with managements and this is one she believes is perfect. So take my Mom’s words of praise as an example of good management.
