Sleep Sound has been a great experience so far! Setting up the account, preliminary steps, and other communications were done professionally and quickly. Our property was rented quickly. The team is professional and they communicate well.

We were looking for a new place as our lease was ending. This was the first place we looked and it was the last! We signed the application and Bridget was there with us each step of the way. She was a phenomenal help; she answered every question we had and answered them in a timely manner. The entire Blue Team at Sleep Sound Property Management has been super helpful! And we couldn’t be more happy to be living at our new place.

Jaime and the team at sleep sound have been so helpful in getting our home leased for the first time. We are first time landlords , and the team has made the experience very seamless and stress free. They were able to get our house rented in a matter of weeks of being live , and move in ready a few weeks later. They were able to coordinate minor repairs and cleaning too that needed to be done which helped take extra work off our plate. Highly recommend using sleep sound if you are looking for a property management company to trust your home with. Thank you sleep sound!

I almost never write reviews but it would be a crime if I didn't share my experience with this wonderful company and an amazing property manager by the name of Laura Arnold. She assisted me even over the weekend, was very friendly and helpful, pointed me in the direction of units that had no applications on them (so mine would have a better chance,) and the cherry on top is she moved my application forward so on her day off some-else could assist me. I had so much anxiety surrounding looking for an apartment before having the honors of meeting Laura. Sleep Sound is such a wonderful company with wonderful employees. Thank you all again and thank you Laura. I will religious come back to this company for Apts.

I’m in my 2nd year with Sleep Sound as my property manager, and just leased my house to new tenants. I admittedly had some problems with how my initial leasing process was handled last year, but this time around was night and day. With a new leasing manager on board, this recent leasing process went so smoothly and the quick turnaround was amazing. Jaime and Bridget are very professional and responsive, were a pleasure to work with. My property management team led by Michael has also been great. These experiences have definitely helped build my trust in Sleep Sound.

Laura has been & continues to be such a crucial part of success, kindness, and welcoming energy at Paramount Apartments and as part of Sleep Sound Management. She positively relates to tenants and makes them feel seen, heard, respected, and considered in all of their needs and desires. So glad to have her as a mid point of contact because I can tell she cares about the people renting here, especially since she understands things from our position. Laura works so hard to maintain this beautiful and perfectly located building and I'm incredibly thankful for her presence and consistent help and care for tenants. This is a review for Brain with the Sleep Sound Property maintenance team only. I recently had the pleasure of receiving service from Brian, who replaced my CO/smoke detector. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were excellent. Firstly, Brian arrived promptly at the scheduled time, demonstrating a respect for my time and schedule. Throughout the entire process, he maintained clear communication, explaining the steps involved in replacing the detector and addressing any questions or concerns I had with patience and clarity. His technical proficiency was evident as he efficiently installed the new detector, ensuring it was functioning correctly and providing essential insights into its maintenance and operation. Moreover, Brian took the time to inspect the surrounding area, ensuring that all of the other detectors were properly functioning and without issues that could affect the detector's performance. Not only was Brian skilled in his work, but his professionalism and courteous demeanor also made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. He treated my home with the utmost respect, taking care to remove packaging and the old detector. Overall, I cannot recommend Brian highly enough. His dedication to providing top-notch service, combined with his professionalism and expertise, sets him apart as an exceptional maintenance professional. I worked with Bridget on leasing and was very happy with the experience. This company's process seemed to be different then my previous rental experiences. The background check took a little bit longer, and some of the paperwork seemed odd (had to sign an Agreement to Execute Lease, before seeing the actual lease). However, they do document the process well on their site, and Bridget was very prompt in answering many specific questions I had in the process which eased my concerns. Maintenance is contracted with another external company so I can not speak to that experience yet, but I was very happy with Bridget and Jaime on the leasing team.
