The whole team has been very helpful in helping us in every way possible with utility transfers, paperwork, etc. but I would especially like to thank Yatharth Harsha and Madhu who have been very friendly, professional and responsive to mu queries. Overall, the experience so far has been great! Highly recommended!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We recently leased a home in Park City that is "managed" by Rentomatic and it has been hands down the worst experience we're ever had. To start, they provided misinformation regarding the home - we were told during the first tour that the washer and dryer were included (they were not), that the HOA fee was included in the rental fee (it is not) and that street parking was allowed at all times (it is prohibited in 90% of the streets in the neighborhood from November 15 - April 15th and our 2nd vehicle does not fit in the garage and there is no driveway so we are screwed). Next, we completed an inspection report upon moving in and listed the multiple issues with the home that needed to be fixed. It took 30+ days for most of them to be addressed, 30+ days for the lockbox to be removed from the front door and the door to our master bedroom still does not latch shut despite reporting that on October 8th. Rentomatic is also claiming that we are responsible for the home's outdoor sprinkler system and therefore must pay to winterize it because if a pipe were to burst we would be responsible for the damage. THIS IS 100% the responsibility of the home owner and covered by their insurance. If you are looking at renting a property managed by Rentomatic, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.
