Excellent property management company! Very easy to work with. The owner is very understanding and always there to step in when needed. I’ve recently been working with Aneth from the customer management team. She went above and beyond after hours to help me with getting out some documents to finalize a lease. Update. We had a maintenance request that was handled excellent, they were fast and the tech did a great job with a repair. So far , our entire move in experience has gone very well. Between the property management company and the landlord, they were able to help create a solution for a unique income situation. The customer service has been attentive and friendly.

Hiring them ended up costing me a lot of money that I am still paying back. Told them I wanted to prioritize section 8... I was constantly telling them to lower the price every other week to get a tenant.. 4 months went by with no tenants and I dug into it and realized they never once updated the section 8 listing which was the primary target I told them I wanted for my property. I looked at the system and found they were receiving leads and not telling me about it until 2 days after the lead came in. So naturally I assume they weren't responding to those leads for 2 days. They told me they responded to all the leads as soon as they came in but only delayed in their response to me. This didn't make sense to me so I asked for logs to show me proof of that, they sent me logs of other leads and never provided the logs I was asking for. Hmmmm. I had them turn 2 units that were 900 square feet... it took them 5 months to do which included trash haul (granted they were a mess but trash haul only took 1-2 days), rebuilt some kitchen cabinets (which was outsourced for 2 weeks), painting, and some bathroom work like refurbishing the tub. Not much else involved. I have no idea how that takes 5 months to do and when I did eventually see the completed job, many of it I had to redo myself. Mind you, I had a quote from another company stating they could do both jobs in 2 weeks turnaround after looking at the site but I went with get multifamily to do the work instead. Unfortunate decision hiring them
