My Doud Team did a great job! They worked diligently to help do the work that needed to be done when I took my rental property off the market in June 2024. After the work was completed, Doud put my house back on the market in July, but they didn't waste any time and quickly found me a good tenant and took my property off the market in August. I'm very happy with their work and the results I received. Also, I really appreciate their time, patience, dedication and everything they have done to help me get my house ready and rented again!

Doud Realty has been our property management company for a few years and they have been amazing to work with. Each employee is professional, kind and communicative. Each issue from our property is addressed in timely manner and handled with care. We thoroughly enjoy this company and the hard work that is put in to ensure our property is taken care of. We recommend them to everyone!

My experience with Doud Realty has been extremely pleasant. They are very responsive to inquiries and make sure you understand any process. They are very understanding and gracious as well, being extremely patient and gracious with me when I suffered a financial hardship, walking me through the process to develop a repayment plan as well as allowing me to change the original date on it to ensure proper payment. If I owned property I wouldn't consider anyone else to manage it and in the future will chose properties managed by them due to their stellar customer service.

I'm not usually one for reviews, but Doud Realty Services really did impress me.
Shortly after purchasing my home in Portsmouth, VA, I received orders to leave the area. As nerve-wracking as it was to be a new property owner with no experience, hiring a property management service was really the only option that I had.
After 4 years of bare minimal gaps between tenants and a very successful home sale following the rental, it is safe to say Doud did a hell-of-a-job!

Doud Realty is just the property management group. Not the owner.
Doud Realty receives a five star for their management of the property. They were kind. They responded in a timely fashion. Doud provided date/time options for repairs. They contacted skilled contractors to complete work.
The property limitations were to my dismay. I loved my compact apartment but it was a very old hotel conversion. There were challenges that present due to city maintenance as well. Living in Norfolk…. Neither my street nor building experienced flooding. OV Blvd proximity lends itself to plumbing issues.
Doud sent the best and issues resolved. They never complained or gripped about calls. Thankfully only occurred during very heavy rains that lasted for days on end. Doud sent help with no hesitation.
The staff was pleasant and returned calls within 24 hours. Personable, reasonable, and professional.
Thank you all 🙏🏿
PS I wish that I had photos of my place. So darn cute. I hope next tenant lives it as much as I miss my place.
