Aaron and others have been over the top helpful -- went above and beyond to help get us into a rental quickly after we lost our home in a fire. We have consistently been grateful for their hard work and attention to detail!

Absolutely unacceptable behavior by an agent this morning. We are beyond baffled she one, spoke to a potential client the way she did but, two canceled an appointment minutes before our allotted time. Claiming there was no response to her text message. The irony is it was done via the “system” not once, but twice. Both through the phone link AND email. We called immediately after being canceled and she says that it was wrong to be done that way and that is OUR error, not hers. My partner is an agent herself and was floored by this. The communication your agent had with potential clients was appalling and is a terrible representation of your company’s name. It is not our fault she didn’t want to do her job as she is hired to do. We are livid over the situation and expect to speak with someone at your earliest convenience!! We cannot wait to verbally explain the entire counter. Thank you!

As a real estate investor in different states with different management for over 10 years! I know a good management company when I see one I actually moved from different management cuz they sucked! To Avenue witch has been amazing! And one thing in particular i liked that I had only one primary person i could call or text at anytime! Allen has been my main point of contact for years now and he's been nothing but amazing!
