I have been renting with Avenue for 2 years now, and recently found out the owner was planning to sell. The revelation was a bit overwhelming, as I was anxious to find a suitable location. Danielle helped ease my worries and we found another wonderful place that fits mine and my family's needs.

Once I decided to obtain a management company for my property I couldn't have made a better decision in working with Taylor Hayes. He was very patient and understanding of my concerns and addressed my requests for my property. He kept me informed and updated on progress and processes. Very kind and professional.

Derek Merkel was extremely helpful when my husband and I were trying to make a very difficult decision of whether we wanted to lease or sell or home. This was far from an easy decision for us. Derek clearly explained the process of leasing and the many services Avenue Real Estate provides for its clients, whether leasing or selling. He was very knowledgeable and was always super responsive to the many questions we had. Derek is friendly, professional, and focused on building relationships with his clients. We appreciate all of his time and efforts to help us arrive at a decision that was best for us.
