I am shocked to see so many positive reviews for this management company. Having Landmark manager our rental for the last year was an absolute nightmare. They were the most inattentive, unprofessional, and lazy group of individuals I have ever encountered. Just to be clear, we were never particularly 'needy' renters. In total we requested a sink fix twice, a horribly damaged fence to be repaired (it was damaged by a neighbors patio umbrella being lifted by extreme wind and carried into our backyard), our AC to be fixed, and our lawn to be cut (which was part of our lease)
I would estimate that we had our lawn cut 4x the entire summer. Pictured is the lawn grown out between cuts. We requested that is be cut CONSTANTLY, we asked for a schedule of when we could expect the lawn care to happen and never received an answer. When they actually did decide to come and care for it, they didn't bag the insanely overgrown clippings. This perpetuated a clog in our A/C air intake rendering it unusable on at the end of August on one of the hottest days of the year. In fact, the technician (a third party) who was sent to repair it (by the owner of the home and not Landmark) told us 'Landmark doesn't care about their residents, if you want anything done you need to just do it yourself.'
I had to request our fence be fixed several times because they continuously 'removed' my request. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone to address the issue they let me know the reason for deleting it repeatedly was because 'someone else in my unit had also requested the repair and they only needed it once in their system.' My 'unit' was a single family home and my husband did not submit a request so that was a flat out lie.
We never once had salt scattered or snow removal during winter months (also part of our lease.)
I absolutely hated paying this company. They charge a $15 dollar monthly 'convenience fee' because of their 24/7 response time. Its an absurd charge and means nothing for the renter and simply more money in the pocket of Landmark.
Last, and certainly not least, we have been out of the house for over a month and we have received two additional charges for water. They are the WORST. Our previous landlord informed me that she is no longer working with them because they were a mess.

I’ve been thoroughly impressed with Landmark Property Management, particularly their dedication to excellent service. Carlos, the maintenance coordinator, has been nothing short of outstanding. His communication is timely and clear, ensuring that we are always kept in the loop regarding any maintenance issues or upcoming repairs. Carlos is proactive in advising on situations before they become problems, which has saved us both time and potential headaches.
Landmark is fortunate to have such a skilled and dedicated worker in Carlos, and we feel fortunate to have him taking care of our property. Highly recommend this team for their professionalism and quality service!

Landmark Property Management has made my experience in apartment renting extremely easy. Jaime Hernandez was the one helping us out with the renting.
He made sure everything was clear and was extremely patient with us throughout the whole process. He was constantly checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and was always available to answer any questions.
As first time renters having Jaime there as a guide who was willing to help, and with our best interest in mind, definitely made everything easier.
We’re extremely grateful! Thanks again for everything!

The Landmark team were all very nice, especially Jaime. As a veteran they were wiling to work with me and use my disability as an additional source of income. I love my new place and I appreciate the Property Management team so much for helping me secure such a beautiful space I can call home.

Till now I have really good experience with the property management. They are really nice with every interaction. I am happy with their maintenance team as well. They have a good portal which is so user friendly regarding leasing, rent payment and maintenance.

Thanks to Jaime, my partner and I are about to move into our dream apartment! I cannot say enough positive things about Jaime and my experience; he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient with me wanting to take videos and pictures, and made the whole experience pleasant, comfortable, and even enjoyable (and I hate apartment hunting)! So grateful I was able to work with Jaime to find my beautiful place — would highly recommend to all my friends and family!!

I had the pleasure of working with Adam to secure a lease for my clients, and had a very positive experience. Adam was incredibly responsive, taking the time to explain the company’s process and requirements thoroughly and ensuring it was a seamless deal. I’d highly recommend working with Adam at Landmark Property Management!
