Don’t recommend. Left the home immaculate and yet he made up things to take some of the deposit. Actually left home better than when we moved in. He doesn’t care about his tenants he cares more about the owners opinions. Left the home in pristine condition. Yet he still found a way to charge for things that wasn’t our fault. We were in the home for one year walked in to a mess to clean up from the start. Filthy carpet, curtain rods barely hanging. The list goes on but my husband and I work hard and don’t complain a lot so we just cleaned it to our expectations. He randomly came to walk through the house like we were on some kind of government assistance. A year felt like an eternity. The neighbors said no one stays in the house it has very high traffic. When we left he charged us for stupid things to fix the house for the next tenants. But in reality we were being charged because the new tenants wanted new carpet. So he made up chargers was a contribution to the new carpet. Eric because of your greed you lost good tenants. I wish you well as you continue to get over on people in THIS ECONOMY. I said I wasn’t going to leave a comment because my husband asked me not to, but people need to know their deposits are not guaranteed to be refunded. No matter how clean you leave the property. Wouldn’t recommend him these days. I also left brand new motion detectors so that was one less thing your new tenants had to buy. The curtain rods was barely hanging on. We paid the cost for the previous tenants. I strongly encourage making a list of everything. Be nitpicking about everything and have it in writing. These days doing the right thing because it’s the right thing to do will get you taken advantage of.

I recently worked with Step One Realty to get my condo sold. The agents, Eric and Lori, were both great to work with! While Eric helped with my closing, I primarily worked with Lori during the listing and selling process. Lori is an exceptional realtor. She was able to sell my condo quickly and she was actually able to save me some money by finding a mistake in the closing disclosure and getting it promptly corrected. Lori was consistently responsive to my emails and answered all my questions quickly. All around she was great to work with and I would highly recommend her!

Eric Boyd is BY FAR the best property manager I've ever worked with. He responds to calls/texts/emails quickly (even after business hours). If I have a problem, he addresses it in a timely manner.
