About us
Provost Capital specializes in lending to real estate investors for Fix & Flip loans and for Buy, Fix & Hold (BRRRR) loans on single-family and multi-family properties. We are focused on lending in the Mountain West and New England. Because we are a niche lender, we have very fast turnaround on loan pricing, on loan closing and on draw request fulfillment. We do not have nuisance charges like appraisal fees, inspection fees or draw fees. In addition, we do not require monthly interest payments on most loans.

We have worked with Mal for the past six years fixing and flipping. He is a breeze to work with. He reviews the projects, pulls his own comps, which keeps you safe! And approves projects in a heartbeat. Once you do one successful flip, the money comes easily. He is fair and quick to respond. I highly recommend him. On top of which he is fun and funny to hang around with!
