We came back for a half month stay. Again this house was wonderful. 3 Starboard Tack was spotless. It was very enjoyable to stay here. We can’t recommend this house and location enough.
New for us this trip was seeing a dolphin in Broad Creek while kayaking and taking pickle ball clinics. Not new was watching the sunrise every morning from the beach.
Hopefully we can return next year.

We enjoyed our stay at the #280 Sea Side villa while in Hilton Head for a family wedding. The condo was very inviting! Although we were there in mid-October with the weather changing, we really enjoyed having our meals on the balcony. And, yes, you can see the water as these units are on the beach with boardwalk access. The owner provided beach chairs and umbrellas. And we were happy that the property management offered 2 free adult bikes for our stay as well as coffee for our next morning! One of our adult kids stayed on the pull-out sofa. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, kitchen towels, dish soap, etc. And I appreciated the pair of scissors as we had to cut tags off some clothing we bought on the island!

We had an amazing time at 16 Mallard! The house has everything we needed and MORE! A true chef’s kitchen, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, pool/spa, a game room and the proximity to the BEACH!!
Darcey, Josh, Terry and the rest of the team made our stay PERFECT! I received recommendations for so many great activities and restaurants. They truly are a team of locals that pride themselves on making Hilton Head Island vacations as perfect as can be.

The view was beautiful! The unit was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Check-in was easy and checkout procedures were straightforward. This was a great unit in an excellent location. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

9/21-9/24 8114 Wendover Dunes/Palmetto Dunes. This property exceeded all of my expectations for a long weekend at Hilton Head Island. It is spacious, extremely clean and comfortable, and the screened porch with a pool view was a highlight for us. We spent most of our time there each morning and evening. The walk to the beach was not too long and the pathways were clear and wide. I would highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be back. HHPR&R was so pleasant to work with. I knew exactly what to expect and the app made it easy to communicate. The beach towels they provided are so fluffy and big, and it was nice not to have to pack towels from home. Excellent customer service!

I was very fortunate to meet Robbie and work with his team at Hilton Head Properties for my first Hilton Head Island vacation experience.
My daughter and I loved our beachfront condo, being just a few steps from the ocean, was perfect. The unit was super clean, furnished well, comfy, had a great layout, and it was the perfect amount of space for us.
Their communication from start to finish was seamless, thorough, and not a detail was forgotten. The check in and check out process was easy, and stress-free. Another great thing about Hilton head properties was that with your vacation stay you get free bike rentals, golf, and a variety of other excursions to enjoy.
We can’t wait to go back and will not use any other real estate company! Highly recommend and thank you again Robbie and team!

We can’t recommend enough, everything about our stay was lovely. The home was clean and comfortable for lounging as well as comfy beds for sleeping.
We enjoyed spectacular sunrise views every morning with our coffee, not to mention a beautiful view of the ocean where we saw dolphins and several firework shows along the beach right from our balcony. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great location right on the fabulous Hilton Head Island beach! Pool and spa were an added bonus. House clean and spacious for 12 of us. Does have a few minor maintenance issues, which I will pass along to the property mgmt co. A few kitchen appliances could use update. But worth the rental fee for such a great location! Felt safe in a good neighborhood!
