We had an amazing time at 16 Mallard! The house has everything we needed and MORE! A true chef’s kitchen, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, pool/spa, a game room and the proximity to the BEACH!!
Darcey, Josh, Terry and the rest of the team made our stay PERFECT! I received recommendations for so many great activities and restaurants. They truly are a team of locals that pride themselves on making Hilton Head Island vacations as perfect as can be.

I was very fortunate to meet Robbie and work with his team at Hilton Head Properties for my first Hilton Head Island vacation experience.
My daughter and I loved our beachfront condo, being just a few steps from the ocean, was perfect. The unit was super clean, furnished well, comfy, had a great layout, and it was the perfect amount of space for us.
Their communication from start to finish was seamless, thorough, and not a detail was forgotten. The check in and check out process was easy, and stress-free. Another great thing about Hilton head properties was that with your vacation stay you get free bike rentals, golf, and a variety of other excursions to enjoy.
We can’t wait to go back and will not use any other real estate company! Highly recommend and thank you again Robbie and team!

We loved our week at Breakers Villa 135. The Breakers is a favorite of ours. This condo has a great location with amazing views. We hope to return soon!

We can’t recommend enough, everything about our stay was lovely. The home was clean and comfortable for lounging as well as comfy beds for sleeping.
We enjoyed spectacular sunrise views every morning with our coffee, not to mention a beautiful view of the ocean where we saw dolphins and several firework shows along the beach right from our balcony. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Poor customer service. Zero loyalty for repeat customers. Have stayed 3 times in the same complex within the last 18 months and would have been staying again in April until our last stay (6 nights Aug. 2024). Durning the last visit, there was a hurricane with "catastrophic flooding". Knowing we were coming back in April, I called and asked to have the last few days (not the entire trip) of the current trip credited to an upcoming visit in April. They told us no and of course, no refund either. It was not safe to stay. $3900.00 and a weeks vacation time wasted. We will never stay with this company again. There are no shortage of nice places to stay in Hilton Head and we will give our money to a company/individual that cares about their customer's safety and loyalty.

Great location right on the fabulous Hilton Head Island beach! Pool and spa were an added bonus. House clean and spacious for 12 of us. Does have a few minor maintenance issues, which I will pass along to the property mgmt co. A few kitchen appliances could use update. But worth the rental fee for such a great location! Felt safe in a good neighborhood!

The view was beautiful! The unit was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Check-in was easy and checkout procedures were straightforward. This was a great unit in an excellent location. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Hilton Head Properties was incredibly easy to plan our family vacation with! Sea Cloisters was super convenient to the beach and just a short drive to area restaurants. The condo was comfortable and clean and a great spot for our toddler to run around in. We’ll stay here again for sure!
