Managing a rental property is an uphill journey with many twists and turns. Don’t make the trek alone. At Uplift Property Management, we perform extensive market research and analyze each property on macro and micro levels to develop a detailed plan for success. We are your go-to property manager for all your San Diego property management needs. All our management fees are based on a percentage of incoming monthly rent. That means that we only get paid when you do. We also GUARANTEE our zero hidden fee management. We never charge extra for leasing your property, coordinating maintenance, or managing large projects. When you become an Uplift client, we will take care of your property like it is our own investment.

Dawn gave a great tour! She explained everything clearly and was overall very nice to communicate with. Very professional, she seemed to have a good relationship with all of the tenants. Very knowledgeable about how everything works in the property. An asset to the company.

I currently live at the pepper creek apartments. The manager laura is amazing. My fridge went out recently and she was on top of it so quick. She even helped me schedule the maintenance and repair while I was working. She is so sweet and nice and very understanding, always goes above and beyond for her tenants. Such a pleasure being able to have her as the manager here.

I recently had the pleasure of touring Vista Bonita rental property with Dawn, and I can't recommend her highly enough! From the moment we met, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. Dawn took the time to answer all my questions and provided valuable insights about the area. Dawn presented the beautiful complex to me and my partner wonderfully. Everything was amazing and was a done deal in the first 5 minutes of the tour. She described everything is so much detail I hardly had any questions at all and made us feel super welcome and made it easy for us. Thank you Dawn!

Visit to the Vista Bonita Apartment was extremely nice. Dawn was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable about the property and did an amazing job showing us all the amenities and the apartment. Her customer service skills are exceptional. Property was very nice and definitely somewhere I would like to reside

Maria from Uplift Property Management was awesome. She quickly answered our maintenance request and found an excellent team to solve the problem. Shane and his team from Taylor Heating and Air were very professional. They came when they said they would come, they worked the entire day and cleaned everything before leaving. I highly recommend them.

I am perplexed by the five-star rating for Uplift Property Management, given my own experience with their services. Since moving into our home in early May, my family and I have been met with ongoing issues that have turned what should have been an exciting transition into a frustrating ordeal.
Upon moving in, we discovered the house was not clean—there was visible dirt, grime, and what appeared to be unsanitary conditions on the toilet seat. Despite providing photographic evidence and reporting these issues, we never received a follow-up or additional cleaning services. The garage was filled with a substantial amount of trash, and several repairs were needed, such as addressing problems with the master bathroom sink and shower. It took weeks for repairs to be scheduled, and many issues remain unresolved.
The communication with Uplift Property Management has been a major concern. It has been exceedingly difficult to reach anyone by phone, and email responses are sporadic and unreliable. Promises made regarding yard maintenance and repairs have been repeatedly ignored. We were shown photos of a well-maintained backyard, yet the reality has been a dead yard, exacerbated by a broken sprinkler system. Despite assurances that these issues would be addressed, there has been no progress.
Attempts to escalate our concerns have been met with disregard. Requests to speak with a supervisor or someone with decision-making authority have been ignored, leaving us feeling neglected and undervalued as tenants. This level of service is unprecedented in our collective rental history, and we have approached every interaction with professionalism and patience.
Based on our experience, I would absolutely not recommend Uplift Property Management to prospective tenants or homeowners. The lack of effective communication, unfulfilled promises, and overall neglect reflect a level of service that falls far short of expectations.
