Marty Payne was very professional, courteous and kept us informed as to what was happening. We are not tech savvy and he was a huge help with that end of it. His patience with us was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend doing business with Marty to everyone.

Alex was amazing at helping my kids and I get into our 1st home we were told no by other places, I’m a single mom and Alex came in and work long hours and got us a loan at a great rate and was so helpful and supportive during it:) we couldn’t be more happy with our home!!! We went and cap one went way out of the way to help the kids and I get into a home after there dad passed it was the best company I’ve ever worked with we are so grateful:)

My husband and I purchased our first investment property with the help of Dalton and his team.
Dalton worked tirelessly with us and did such a great job. He is very creative and we would highly recommend working with him for any loan needs that you have. He is definitely a go-getter and that is what we like to work with! I would highly recommend him.

When it came time to buy my new house, I considered a number of lenders. Ultimately I contacted Mike Cash. He was informative and knowledgeable as to my options for financing ---and far more accurate on processing times and fees than any other possible lender. He made the application process simple, made regular follow-up emails and calls and made sure that when it was time to close on my house, their were no surprises. Rates charged were far less than others who I talked with. If I were to buy again, or refinance, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a great experience working with Marty! He got my client and I through a tough situation when our deal was about to fall through due to another lender. He was prompt, communicative, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I would definitely use/recommend him in the future!

We absolutely love our loan office Jordan Bles. We came in as first time home buyers, had an abnormal situation and he worked extremely hard to get us over that finish line. He only looked options that worked best for us. There was 100% transparency, and constant communication. We had a ton of questions and Jordan handled all of them with enthusiasm. We honestly do not have the words to fully explain how much we appreciate him. If we know of anyone attempting to get a home they will be sent Jordan's way.
