I was very happy with House2home Property when I had an issue they fixed it with in a timely manner. They also were able to assist in extending my lease when I needed to stay a little longer.

We have rented from House 2 Home for two years and had a great experience! I felt we were treated fairly as the raise in rent after year one was reasonable, and we got our entire security deposit back because we took good care of the house and cleaned it out thoroughly on our move out. They were quick to respond to any maintenance request that I called in on. I highly recommend House 2 Home for a rental! They do a great job to make their clients happy and comfortable.

We have rented from House2home for four years while I completed my doctorate at USF. I can’t say how wonderfully fair and reasonable Michael and his staff were from 2019-2023. During the COVID-19 pandemic, this management company found us affordable housing considering the rising prices in Tampa, and always answered any questions we had. They responded promptly to errors, and even went so far as to help us prep during an upcoming hurricane.
Michael is fair, clear, and transparent about the properties (we had two over the four years), security deposit, and expectations.
Excellent company. Rent from them and you’ll get a fair and reliable company.

I rented with House2Homes for 3 years. I can honestly say my experience was pretty good. Anytime I had repairs or issues, they communicated well and got them taken care of in a reasonable time frame. They have portals that makes paying rent and submitting maintenance request easy. I would rent from them again.

After nearly a decade of renting with House2Home we only had positive experiences with Michael and the staff. House2Home was always quick to get any issue addressed, sending professionals to assess the issue the same day. Always professional and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We also really appreciated the online options to manage our monthly payments and maintenance requests.

My husband and I rented a House 2 Home rental for about 2 years, and after all we have nothing but good things to say about the company. We moved from OR and was lucky enough to find H2H. They addressed any problems or concerns. They were always pleasant. Michael was the property manager and he was the best!!!! Definitely will recommend them to anyone looking for a great company to rent from!!! Thanks again Michael and Donna you both rock it's been a pleasure.

I rented a property from House 2 Home properties for nine years and always received excellent service as well as very quick response times to maintenance requests. Especially when the air-conditioner broke a couple of times Michael Bielon had somebody there within a couple of hours which was greatly appreciated. It is also very easy to pay your rent online through their portal as well as file maintenance requests. Michael was always a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend House 2 Home properties for anybody looking to rent from a reliable company with excellent service
