I was introduced to Hannah by a friend. This young lady went above and beyond my expectations. She is tenacious. Hannah worked within my budget. Listened well to what i was looking for. When we went to look at houses; she looked out for me. Hannah would give an honest opinion of the place. When we found a place she worked very hard for me. When the offer was made the whole staff was there to help; with emails and texts to make the process go smoothly. They were very helpful with any questions and concerns. I highly recommend that you reach out to them for your realestate needs. I had tried a couple of other agencies before being referred to Hannah and she made me wish I had come across her sooner.

McClaine went above and beyond to find our home in NC. She was patient and helpful while we sold our previous house, checked in to keep in touch, and then dove into the house search when we gave her the go ahead. She was always responsive to our text messages and calls, she was honest with us when she needed to be, and very quick to get our questions answered from sellers agents. When it came time to put in our offer she negotiated to a price we were comfortable with and sealed the deal. Morgan Gardner with Pinpoint Properties is the the best agent in the Wilmington area! I met Morgan with Pinpoint Properties as the listing agent for a beachfront property she had listed. Since that first showing, she has been my buyer's agent and has shown me MANY properties. She seemingly never tires of my endless requests to "go look at this one." From the initial showing through closing, she is an all-star! She is professional, connected, responsive and more than courteous to everyone with which I've witnessed her interact.
