About us
If you're looking for an agent who has personal success in real estate investment, experience helping others invest in real estate and who is passionate about finding you a deal, then look no further. I have been a real estate investor since 2018 and my wife and I have house hacked multiple properties. I manage a small portfolio of rental units for myself and other investment partners, so I know the ins and outs of holding rental property. I grew up in Minneapolis and have lived all across the Twin Cities - I know the neighborhoods and the local trends well. Real estate investment has truly changed my life and has allowed my wife to be a stay at home mom to our 3 boys. I want you to experience the life changing effects of real estate investment with me! Mike helped us sell our house and buy a larger home. For every decision along the way he presented clear information and always patiently worked through the process with us, never pushing us and always encouraging us to make the right decision for us. We ended up selling our house with an offer over asking price the second day on the market, he went above and beyond and actually puts in the effort to help find the right buyer. Overall, Mike made the extremely stressful process of buying and selling a home, a much more pleasant experience.

Searching for a home can be one of the most stressful and overwhelming time in a persons life. I can truly say Mike made it one of the most stress free and just all around enjoyable experiences I’ve had! He is so patient, knowledgeable, and just an all around good person! He went with my girlfriend and I on numerous house viewings (some good, some I’d rather forget about lol) with a smile on his face and nothing but encouragement and positive vibes. You spend a lot of time with your realtor throughout the whole process, so why not pick someone who you enjoy being around and can give you all the information you need to make a good home buying decision! There are a ton of options for realtors out there but I cannot recommend Mike enough, give him a shot, we sure are glad we did!

Mike was a great partner in finding our home. He listened to my wife and I and was always understanding and responsive. We ended up doing a fair bit of haggling with the seller and Mike was a good advocate and happy to be a sounding board for questions and weighing decisions. Things got hectic at the end as the seller had some issues remaining at final walkthrough, and Mike went into overdrive to keep the closing on track. A nice, reasonable, and reliable guy!

For myself, going through the first home purchasing process seemed daunting at a glance. Where should I live? What type of house will best suit me? The questions I had seemed to go on for miles. Mike was there helping from the start. From first creating the criteria for the house searches, to refining that criteria multiple times. He would make sure that my home buying needs were being met and was always available for my numerous questions. With every house we looked at he was able to talk through with me and help fine tune what I needed in my first home. After 20 different showings (number 19 was the one), I honestly can say that I couldn’t have done it without his help. Mike had made what I thought would be daunting into a process that was very easy and not a bit stressful. I would 100% recommend Mike. I know if I ever decide to move in the future, he will be the first one I will call!
