Nate is the absolute best. He’s very patient and took the time to explain to me things I didn’t understand and answer an unending number of questions. He’s very thorough and communicates clearly. He also helped me through a cost segregation, all of my long term and short term rental related taxes, and helped me leverage crucial tax breaks. You can’t choose someone better.

Highly recommend anyone executing The Short Term Rental Loophole for the first time to contact The CPA Realtor. Nate was able to share time logs, a helpful video, and I even ended up using his preferred Cost Segregation firm. For how complex this process may seem, Nate made it easy and the tax savings were larger than I expected!

Nate is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He is also very patient. This is my first year with filing a business tax return and he helped me through it. He responded to all questions/correspondence in a very quick and professional manor. I highly recommend using his services.

Found Nate on Bigger Pockets. We were looking for a CPA who specialized in investment real estate. We had good conversations which enabled us find additional write offs to off set our income and ultimately reduce our taxes. Nate is a pleasure to work with and his portal is easy to navigate and use. What a relief to not have to fill out paper forms!
