I worked with Brandon and Damaris here to get my loan funded on a vacation rental in Coachella. This process was effortless. The agent who helped with my loan, I loved how he knew my paperwork in and out. They funded my loan - and we closed on the property - within days of receiving the appraisal! I never knew that was even possible. I would highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them for future transactions.

Some things were rough around the edges, but the funding was successful - AND I was working with 4 other brokers at the same time. Nick here carried it to the end and gave me the best pricing on the market - didn't even need to negotiate to get it either. A+ for that, love when I get the best value up-front. Leo

My experience with this firm was really positive. I reached out to them for help with creative financing for my rental portfolio, and they really came through. They not only gave me a good grasp of where the market stands but also shared some savvy strategies other investors are using to boost their DSCR ratio. In the end, I went ahead with their funding because the rates were fantastic, and they provided top-notch service. I did explore other options, but none quite matched up to the tailored quality of this firm's offer.
