We had the the most amazing experience with our realtor Alexandra Jaramillo, she went above and beyond with our journey as first time homeowners, Alexandra made the entire process from start to finish easy, fulfilling, and fun! I’ve personally witnessed Valiant Real Estate being built from the ground up. If you are looking for a realtor who is professional, highly motivated, and knowledgeable then Vince Cordova and his team are who you want in your corner. Not only are they skilled at real estate but they are dedicated to helping first responders in a way that no other real estate company has done before. Giving back to those who have helped him in the past is what motivates Vince. His inspiring past is truly a storybook tale if you ever get a chance to hear it. Moving is hard and buying or selling a home is tedious. The entire Valiant team is attentive, prompt, receptive, and accessible. We encountered nothing but patience and understanding throughout the process. They explained anything we didn't understand with kindness. Everyone treated us like they had our best interests in mind and kept us excited during it all. It was evident that they worked tirelessly and thoughtfully. It's the second time we've used Vince to move and all together he's helped us with 3 sells and 2 purchases. This team is truly the best.

Vinny Cordova was incredibly prompt with responses, clever in getting the best information on properties, and he was there to fight for us when negotiations started.
I will certainly use him again in the future for property purchases. I'm grateful for all he did to make our dream house a reality.

I can tell you from personal experience that Vince Cordova who started Valiant is a trustworthy Godly man who puts his integrity and values first. I have seen him put everything he has into his company and clients. I strongly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell their home to contact Valiant and let them go to work for you.

Valiant real estate brokerage will work with you to make your desires a reality. Vincent And Samantha is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Vince was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Their cool, calm mindset kept customer care you’re speaking with my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and they did!
Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic sale process simple. I’ve already recommended them to two of my good friends. When I am looking to sale or buy again I will not hesitate to call Valiant real estate brokerage. Thank you

Vincent and Sammie and Valiant Real Estate were exactly how I was hoping my realtors would be. Beyond being available to me as a moments notice, they made sure that finding my home was not only easy, but functional. They helped me get the jump on my house, and provided everything I could have hoped for throughout the process. Even going as far to give of themselves to make the home I wanted work for me.
