This gentleman is not an honest guy! He failed to pay his invoice for cleaning work done at 712 NW 113th Kansas City MO. The house DOES not have brand new appliances. Which took extra labor to clean said dirty appliances. The kitchen had a strip of glue that was not disclosed prior to cleaning. When he stated “It is a vacant house that is getting ready to go on the market it just got painted and needs a deep clean to get it ready for the market” I assumed the whole interior was properly painted/empty. The house was not all painted. Also the painting was done very sloppy all the repairs done on the house are half assed…. I was asked if I could throw all the blinds away. I told him I can haul trash to the garage for $20/bag. Which he has failed to pay I’ll never do business with this guy again.

Conner has to be one of the best realtors I’ve seen. His knowledge of the business and problem solving ability is what separates him from the rest. I see him being in Real Estate for many years to come!
