Ok I give this because at least for attempting to make me happy but I want to give a huge shout out to Chris and Steve which are apart of the maintenance crew they always did what they could to get the job done thank you! Krystal I believe she is with management she was very nice and reasonable to speak with and understanding but that woman named Angela g needs to find another career cuz being whatever she is ain’t it she made me feel like below level and terrible by all means she was rude, cruel and vindictive she should of played the role in Carella Deville she is something else! But thank you so much for having me as a tenant Sage door

Sage Door is unlike any other management company I have ever seen! I bought my first home about two years ago while I was renting from sage door (thanks to the sage door tenant benefit program’s first time home buyer benefit), and then bought a second home earlier this year and hired Sage Door to manage my first property. As a rental owner, I am incredibly impressed by how well sage door has set up their processes to prioritize me and my investment, but also how much they care about the wellbeing of my renters. Kian and everyone else I have worked with has been unbelievably knowledgeable and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company.

This company is managed by con-artists. They do not do their due diligence when managing a property. They have taken advantage of the fact I am Active Duty and no longer live in the area by allowing tenants to vacate my unit with impunity, despite having a contract signed. They are more interested in giving charity than fulfilling their obligations as prescribed in a signed contract. This company still owes me $3,600 after nearly two years for allowing a tenant to vacate because they lied to the tenant, had them sign a Buy-Out Addendum, and did not hold them accountable to the agreed upon contract in order to save face. The people at Sage Door are unethical property managers who lie to owners and renters for short-term gain. Steer clear of this company. RESPONSE: If you claim that your fiduciary duty is to your client, then you must take steps which indicate that. You allowed a tenant to leave because you lied to them, stating that they would vacate without behind held to their Buy-Out Addendum. You are liars and cheaters for short-term gain.
