Blue Elephant Property Management exists to build relationships and high-performing portfolios for our clients. We help property owners who prioritize time and financial freedom, who want to build a portfolio of quality, buy-and-hold, residential, long-term real estate investments in Sarasota & Manatee counties and want to grow their wealth year after year. Our business is focused on providing excellent property management, education, and guidance to investors. We help our clients avoid the wrong properties, tenants, and partnerships that would give them a negative experience owning real estate, so they can invest with confidence for the long term. The key strategies to accomplish this are: - The relentless alignment of proper incentives between owners, management, and tenants. - Systemizing excellence in our processes through the entire investment cycle. - High-quality photography and marketing to drive superior results for our owners. I have known Rob for several years and he has been instrumental in helping me grow my real estate portfolio. Handing over my rental property to Rob was a great decision! I was managing it myself, but thanks to him, I got to through-hike the Appalachian Trail without stressing about the property. He found great tenants, kept everything running smoothly, and handled all the maintenance like a pro. Highly recommend!

Rob helped me purchase and sell a home. He made the entire process very easy! His market knowledge, attention to detail, and great communication was outstanding. He found the perfect home for me when I purchased. A couple of years later when I sold the home, he secured a good for my sale. I felt supported every step of the way and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Worked with Rob to sell a few investment properties. These were distressed properties and a little tricky to move. We got these sold at a price I was happy with in about 6 weeks. Very good communication and gave me clear expectations from the beginning. Would use again

Rob helped us buy three fixer-uppers to live in and renovate. His negotiation and problem-solving skills were outstanding. He secured a some great deals in a very competitive market. When issues came up with financing or inspection he handled them quickly and professionally. If you need an agent who fights for the best deal and handles whatever challenges come up, I highly recommend him!
