When moving out they took $285 out of my security deposit for things that were broken before I even moved in. They were also very bad at communicating and helping set up utilities. I didn’t have heat/hot water for my first week living there. I didn’t get the keys to the facilities and the mailbox for a month. I don’t ever write bad reviews but they deserve a bad review.

We rented a house through CPPM at the end of last year and we have been very happy with our decision and their excellent service. We moved into the property and provided a checklist of our concerns, which they prioritized and resolved to meet our expectations. The background check process is very thorough, but I view that as a positive to make sure that prospective tenants are a good fit to maintain the property and respect the character of the neighborhood. Great decision to rent this property through CPPM!

I have been with Cardinal Point Management for several years now and they are the best. We live in Florida and when something goes wrong they are there and know who to call for repairs. They know the market and get the best rent possible. Also they do complete background checks on all tenants which translates into tenants that pay on time. Previously I was managing the property myself; cardinal Property has saved me many headaches and their fees are fair and reasonable.

This company is one of the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Eugene ignores most of the tenants needs. The three other apartments tenants left due to Eugene’s lack of meeting their needs. For example, I didn’t have a key to my residence for a year and a half. I asked this company 11 different times in many ways to provide me with a key. They never did. My dishwasher was broken for three months after four maintenance request. They never had it fixed. I loved my apartment before they took over as a management for the property. Eugene is hungry for other peoples money and treats people horribly. If you were looking to have a pleasant renting experience, this is not the company for you. The company has never once taken responsibility for their errors.
