I saw one of their properties and was little over my budget, I thought I could make an offer and see if they accept it, I sent the offer that I can pay, they wanted to talk to me, I called and talked to Don then he started to laugh and make fun of the offer, absolutely rude! So why would you ask to talk if you r not talking my offer!!

This company is one of the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Eugene ignores most of the tenants needs. The three other apartments tenants left due to Eugene’s lack of meeting their needs. For example, I didn’t have a key to my residence for a year and a half. I asked this company 11 different times in many ways to provide me with a key. They never did. My dishwasher was broken for three months after four maintenance request. They never had it fixed. I loved my apartment before they took over as a management for the property. Eugene is hungry for other peoples money and treats people horribly. If you were looking to have a pleasant renting experience, this is not the company for you. The company has never once taken responsibility for their errors.

Very disappointed!! We sent email to realtor with our offer for renting a house and we were invited to see the house. We assumed that owners accepted the offer, that why we get invitation. We liked house, we passed all huge application, and we get phone call, that we get a house. My husband was happy that offer was accepted, and after said that to Sierra, she asked "what offer"? Very unprofessional!!! I'm not upset that our offer wasn't accepted, but that wasn't never pull out probably to owners. That was first phone conversation with us, we "talk" only with email even if realtor said differently. I highly not recommended working with so unprofessional company.

Sierra was fantastic to work with and was kind enough to give us a tour of our future house via FaceTime since we still living in the Midwest, and answer our long list of questions. Cardinal has been a pleasure to work with and made everything easier for us, and we're extremely happy to be renting from them.

Our agent, Sierra Malo went above and beyond to help get us into our new apartment. We needed to find a place ASAP & with Cardinal Property management, we were able to get moved in the same week we applied. The morning I submitted an application, I called to see if things could be moved along quickly, and Sierra said she would get working on our application before she did anything else. By evening, they had our security deposit. Sierra met me multiple times and was available for questions over the phone consistently throughout the whole process. During a stressful time, I was met with kindness and efficiency. This was the best experience I have had with a property management company.

Cardinal Point Property Management with Eugene Bilodeau has been our property manager for over ten years, he responds quickly in an emergency and at an exceptionable rate for all other issues. Office staff is polite and cheerful. Each year at our annual meeting Cardinal Point gets applause from board and most of it's members. You can't please everyone, however Cardinal Point strives to please everyone. Happy to recommend this company
