Quick and easy. Very easy to access a real human to talk things through. Topaz was my main point of contact and things were smooth. He's there when you need him and he's out of the way when you don't need him. Great lenders!

Been doing deals with CF1 for 3 years, previus transaction where more simple and streamline, the last transaction got very complicated and stressful, diviating the options and jeopardizing the whole deal... but at the end we make it work...

Cedric is a true professional.
I needed a loan in a very short timeframe, Cedric made sure the whole team worked on it with a priority status. He was very responsive and on top of transaction at all times.

Honestly can’t say enough good things about working with capital fund. Moved over to them when my current lender was having some liquidity issues and they stepped right in and helped me close on the property. Brought them another deal soon after and they gave me great terms and got the deal done super smoothly. Working with Cedric has been a real pleasure, he’s on top of things, knowledgeable, and personally reaches out to ensure a smooth transaction, if you’re looking for a lender for your next project, stop, you’ve just found them.
