Phenomenal place to assist you to buy a home. They are very professional & always know how to help. If you don't know an answer to a question trust me ask them they are all trained professionals and will know the answer. We are very happy with them & if we ever need them again. We will go to them!!!! And anyone looking to buy a home we'll also be sending them their way!!! They made the home buying process so much less stressful. Also Wyatt was extraordinary as well.

Ryan was amazing to work with from day 1! I bought an investment property in MI while living in CA. his due diligence was world class and communication was extremely professional. He took the time to video log all the properties that were of interest to me while sharing his (very detailed) explanations. He made the process of buying a house out of state very easy and gave me a level of confidence in my decision that I doubt I would have had with anyone else.

Wyatt is the BEST!! Wyatt is the ideal realtor. Super knowledgeable, very kind, always prompt, and ethical. I felt incredibly lucky to have met and developed a relationship with Wyatt. He is a real professional. Wyatt has expertise experience in the field, with a workaholic type drive. He always had my best interests first and would be an advocate for me in my first home purchase. Wyatt approaches it from the clients side, almost as if he was buying the home himself. I really appreciated when he would intentionally look for red flags, notify me, and inquire the sellers about whatever issue or concern there was. We saw many many homes, and put in offers for dozens of properties and Wyatt was unwavering. He never got discouraged, stayed persistent and never pressured me into making decisions or changing my priorities. I highly recommend you reach out to Wyatt if you need assistance in real estate. He made my experience as stress-free as possible and ultimately accomplished everything I could have ever asked for. You will be in good hands with Wyatt, I sure was!

Wow! Ryan and the team did an amazing job of helping us find our forever home and selling our starter home. Once we had an accepted offer to buy the next home it was a whirlwind. The sellers required us to have an accepted offer on our house in 7 days and this team got the job done. Ryan even offered to watch our elderly, cancer ridden cat so that we could get the last showing in while we were at work. Even after the closing, Ryan has been available for advice and recommendations. What a caring, professional, and awesome team. 10/10

Wyatt, Ryan and Nichole were all amazing! My husband and I wanted to sell our house and the Prichard Properties group helped us achieve that goal with such ease and no complications! They communicated with us throughout the entire time - It was such an easy process from start to finish! Ryan Prichard and his staff of professionals are the best realtors that Barb & I have ever worked with. They sold our home in Mt Pleasant at a very good price, which we were very satisfied with, and also helped us locate the condo of our dreams in the GR area. Ryan and his staff are quite knowledgeable and thorough and were totally committed throughout the process. We highly recommend Prichard Properties and will use them for any real estate needs that we may have in the future.

Update: We just closed on your second house, and once again used Wyatt. He was once again fantastic and extremely helpful, especially when we ran into a few bumps in the road. I highly recommend using Prichard Properties for all your real estate transactions!
Wyatt was very helpful during the whole process from preapproval to finding the exact home me and my wife were looking for.
